Personally, I think 11/24-28 will be better. Many schools have the entire week before Thanksgiving off. That means that the parks will be busy every day in your first option. For the second option, there is a chance that Monday and Tuesday will be a little less busy.

Should specify that the first and last day of each option is a travel day. So park days are either Saturday 18/Sunday 19/Monday 21 OR Saturday 25/Sunday 26/Monday 27

In that case I would do 18-19-20 because 3 tiers of MKeys are blocked those dates. I have a Believe key and my best park days have been when Enchant is blocked. So if the Believe Key is also blocked I imagine it is even nicer.
