I'm heading to the parks for 6 days next week and activating our annual pass, I was hoping someone may be able to share with us some tips of fun things to do? For example I just learned from a blog that if your child is to short to ride a ride you can get them card that will work as a fast pass, when they become tall enough. Has anyone tried this? My 5;year old is now tall enough to ride most the rides this trip and I wish I would have known that from before. Any other fun tips or free lesser know things to go and do? I would appreciate anyone's help. We are also celebrating my 5 year olds birthday.

Also I'm planning on getting Maxpass for AP add on, just because it will be easier then dragging my children ages 5, 2, and 2 months across the park, and we will be able to reserve fast pass while they nap. Any one have tips for maxpass, with rider swap, I haven't been to the parks since the switch.

Thanks

I have 4 kids and only my youngest received that card, one time. I hung onto it for years and he finally used it. We never knew about it, so it was a nice surprise when they gave him one. That said, at 5, he can probably go on everything except Indy and Screamin

ETA- sorry, I see u have younger kids too... I think it's a pixie dust type thing they pass out when the young one looks sad about not being able to do a ride. We did a lot of rider swap over the years, so there were a lot of opportunities for a CM to offer one of those cards...

We've received the card twice and both times it was when my child was a hair too short for the ride and really sad about it. It's really a pixie dust thing and at the discretion of the CM. I wouldn't count on it for every ride and I really don't think they'll give them for a kid that is no where close to the height requirement.

We're not using MP on our trip so I can't help there.

Make sure to get a birthday button for you 5 yr old and to tell them at any sit down meals you have - they're usually good about bringing out a little treat for dessert.

The one tip I can give you is keep your children on their sleep schedule the best you can. It will make your trip, and others a better experience.
