The worst thing I ever stepped on was a block of wood with about 30 nails half nailed in. My brother had been to my Grandma and Grandpas house, so he was practicing his hammering skills. About five or six nail heads went into my foot and I got a lovely tetanus shot as a reward.

I voted other….stepping on the plug of something is the worst.
I did this once with my hairdryer in the middle of the night - it was so painful!
Lesson learned - ever since that moment I never keep out a hairdryer, straightener or anything that requires plugging in to sit on the bathroom counter. As soon as it’s cooled off it gets put away.

Yeah, kids don't really play with metal jacks anymore. I know Legos are bad, but these things will flatten a car tire!

It depends on the type of heel. As someone who wears various heels to dance it, even the different companies heels hurt differently then others. Same goes for Barbie shoes.
Also Barbie shoes are squishier in general….legos hurt

I don't remember stepping on Barbie shoes as a kid but I do remember stepping on LEGOs as a mom - ouch! I only have a boy and he doesn't like Barbie so I'll never know!

You could always test this theory yourself with a simple two-step experiment: One step on a Lego, and one step on a Barbie shoe.

I slept on a trundle bed that slid under the bottom bunk. My younger sister threw a baseball at the light fixture above the bed and glass was all over my bed, the floor surrounding my bed and me. Just moving a little caused cuts, so I don't want to imagine what walking would have been like. She was such a brat....payback has come in the form of her 16 year old daughter.
