We're staying at the Swan so we won't have the dining plan. What do you think

Day 1 -- Typhoon Lagoon

Lunch at Fresh (I haven't seen a single review of this place -- but the menu looks great! Any thoughts??)

Dinner -- CS at Typhoon Lagoon

Day 2 -- Magic Kingdom

Breakfast -- Something in the room

Lunch -- Liberty Tree Tavern

Dinner -- Palio's

Day 3 -- Magic Kingdom EMH

Breakfast -- Ohana's (last possible seating)

Lunch -- CS

Dinner -- California Grill

Day 4 -- Blizzard Beach

Breakfast -- Cape May

Lunch -- CS

Dinner -- ??? My first choice would be either Flying Fish or Yachtsman Steakhouse, but I'm not sure I can justify 3 expensive restaurants in a row. What are other good choices not in a park?

Looks good. Just like our family, looks like you are water park lovers too :thumbsup2
We always like to do Beaches & Cream (@ Beach club) after one day at the water park. I don't know what it is about burgers, fries, onion rings and ice cream that just top off a water park day, but boy is it yummy!

The only concern I have is that you have both lunches and dinners on your schedule. We found during our first family trip that we were not very hungry at dinner time because of the lunches we had. Unless you really spread out the time between lunch and dinner you might come up with the same situation.
Now when we go we have a large breakfast and either a small lunch or snack and a large dinner. We have found that this saves both time and money.
