Please remind me about AP rates

It's been a while....

We always purchase APs for our family but they have expired. We are returning in Dec. and I booked our rooms with AP rates. When we arrive, it will be about 1:00am so I will not have a chance to purchase our new APs prior to check-inl. It seems like I'm supposed to get a voucher thru the mail and can use that when I check in..

Does anyone remember?

If so, where do I purchase the voucher?

For our trip last Xmas, we purchased our vouchers from the Disney Store in the mall. When we checked into POR, they never even asked to see our APs. I've heard of people who were asked at check-in, so I don't know if it was just the holiday rush or what caused our CM not to ask.

If you don't have a Disney Store in your area, you can buy a voucher over the phone or online from disneyworld.com. They will mail it to you.

You can also buy the actual pass at the Disney Stores located in the Orlando airport. They cannot, however, activate a voucher. There is a lot of info on this at www.allearsnet.com.
