Please Refresh My Memory About Mardi Gras

We were at WDW for Mardi Gras a few years back and I THINK we'll be there next year, our dates being 3/5 - 3/13. I know Universal/IOA celebrates practically the whole month but the stuff at PI is for a week or less. Anyone have the scoop on Mardi Gras 2004 at WDW?

We were there last Mardi Gras, and if I'm not mistaken, PI has a parade on Tuesday and POFQ has a parade and that's it. We avoided all things Mardi Gras related like the plague since that is what we were vacationing from.
There are plenty of guests on Mardi Gras day walking around the parks handing out beads.

Mardi Gras 2004 is Feb 24th.
