We have booked an offsite package which includes early entry into IofA so we won't have express pass for our visit. Please recommend a plan for us to get through WWOHP and the rest of the park. We are only visiting for one day and have plans to go to the Studios later in the same day (for which we do have the express pass.)

i can put in my thoughts but first let us know, will there be teens, kidlettes, etc in your group?
do you do coasters, water rides, shows?

do you know what date you will be at the darkside?

weekends will be crowded.

tue/wed are great usually for the parks.

if you are going in the summer, you would have longer hours for the parks.
be at the gate at IOA by 7:30 for the early entry line.
hit parry hotter first and spend the first hour at least there if you are potterheads.

depending on what your interests are and if kids are involved would determine which path i would take you to next.

if you like water rides, hit JP next and follow thru up to the front then over to seussland and around.

if parks are open late, swith to the studios around 2ish.

please give more details so we can be more accurate on our help for you.

go cards.........

Thanks. We are family of 4 (older teens) and will be at the parks on Friday, June 17. We've been there before and enjoy all of it but not since WWOHP opened.

Since you will have early entry with your package, make sure to do everything at WWoHP before heading to another section...especially in June. You should probably do Ollivander's first and then Forbidden Journey before the lines get really long. Then...just go which ever way you want...everything will be crowded so pack your patience. The water rides should have the longest lines by noon so you might want to wait and do those right before you leave.

I would recommend being there for park opening and going directly to Harry Potter. We had early park access since we were staying on-site but express passes weren't accepted for Harry Potter. We didn't do any shopping or Olivanders as those lines were a bit heavy for us and since it was our first only day at IOA we were ready to move on. We waited about 15 minutes for butter beer and pumpkin juice though. By the time we finished with Harry Potter, the park had opened and people were pouring in. The wait for forbidden journey was over an hour at that point.

But it is well worth it! Forbidden Journey is top of my list for US and IOA!

Have fun!!!
