Hello,

I would like it to be known that if you ordered your tickets from Ticket Mania, to make sure to CHECK the dates on the tickets. We ordered 2 tickets from them, and we received the tickets today for our trip in Feb. 2006. On the back of the tickets it states, "First Use must be by Dec. 30th, 2005." On the receipt that I plugged the dates into and the copy they sent me it specifically states that our date that we leave for vacation is Feb. 15th, 2006. I'm glad I noticed this, so make sure you double check your tickets as we did. Now I await a reply from TM. Sure glad I looked them over before we went or it wasn't a last minute thing.

TicketMania is selling both regular tickets and some special promotional tickets (that include DisneyQuest or Pleasure Island for free), and the promotional tickets are only available with that expiration date. So even if you entered into their order form that you're visiting WDW next year, if you select the promotional tickets, they'll have the advertised expiration date (as it says on their web site, "Currently the tickets we have expire Dec 30, 2005"). So if you're visiting next year, be sure you order the non-promotional (more expensive) tickets.

Bicker is right, those are promotional tickets, normally sold for conventions. I don't even think the tickets show up on their website unless you use the mousesavers link.

It says right on their website description of the tickets:
Currently the tickets we have expire Dec 30, 2005

They ask for the date of your vacation to make sure there is enough time to ship your order. The error is yours.

I'll bite the bullet for this one. For some odd reason we didn't see the expiration on the sight. I just hope they will exchange them for the correct the difference in prices. If not I guess I will try to sell them discounted here to someone. /DUH us

Uhoh, now I'm worried. I bought mine through the Mousesavers link too. We are using ours in April 2006. I have them in the safety deposit box at work, so I'll have to wait until tomorrow to go look at them. I looked them over when I got them though and checked the ages, but don't remember seeing an expiration date. I guess it's too late to go look at the link I got them at now. I think it expired on the 15th.

It is just the 2 and 3-day hoppers with one admission to PI or DQ that expire 12/30/2005.

I just pray they will take them in exchange for the price difference. If not its my bad :( My wife and I both missed the date on the site. Strange. Just thought they would have given us a heads up considering they ask when you are leaving and we put down Feb. 2006. We will see.

I think they should consider displaying the expiration date a little better....I have ordered MAJOR tickets a few times in the past. I almost ordered those promotional tickets for our trip next August...I have looked them over a few times already and I still have not seen where they say that they expire at the end of this year. It is not like I have not used them before........

Maliki2 - I don't think you have to worry. I just exchanged tickets through Ticketmania and they were great about it - no problem. You might want to give them a call in the morning and see what can be done - I'm almost certain they will help you. Good luck!

I have had great service from them in the past with ticket exchanges...here's hoping they do so well for you!!

Unfortunately, no matter how prominently you display such information, someone will claim it wasn't prominent for them. Go too far in making such information prominent, and you'll have lots of people complaining that it represents a measure of disrespect for the customer.

Well I promised a update...TM is taking the tickets back and putting a hold on our new ones till they are released and we are able to use them. They apologized for missing our vacation date, and I apologized for not reading thoroughly. All in in all, everything worked out.
