I have to share a quick story, grab a kleenex.
I donated for Tyler when this thread first came up and was so excited to see the love and support from all the DIS members! Anyway, last week, while showing the lunch for life site to my DH we noticed how many children had no ornaments. My DH told me to pick a child and buy an ornament for him. I picked Daniel Isaac Cronin, on November 30 and bought the ornaments. As I return today from WDW, it was with great sorrow to read that he passed away on the same day I bought an ornament for his tree.
So, I hope you know the great importance each five dollar donation can make for the life of a child! Keep this thread going!

We have to keep this going. Wouldnt it be great if Tyler got to go to Disney World!!! Yippee. I have a little son with another type of illness and I know how terrible it is to see your child in pain. Let's all help to find a cure for this terrible illness. Merry Christmas everyone!!!

We are Deeply saddend to hear that Daniel Isaac has lost his battle with Neuroblastoma. When I checked his Page, his cute little faced looked very fimilar to me, we may have met him and his family earlier this year. Please say a prayer for Daniel and his Family.

Over the last 9mos or so, we have known so many families that have lost a child to this awful disease, some were close friends. Honestly, lately I hear more Angel stories than Warrior stories. The Neuroblastoma parents call children that have passed Angels, and children that are still fighting or have no evidence of disease Warriors. Neuroblastoma is a very tuff Cancer to beat, I've heard scientists are baffled over this disease. I recall one day while Tyler was still in Treatment, he was scheduled to recieve a cycle of Chemo Dec 22st, which meant the earliest he could be home was the 26th, we really wanted him home on Christmas morning, we begged his Doctors to hold off Chemo till Dec 26th, they told us "no", when I asked why, they said "Cancer never takes a day off, we have to stay on top of it". That is so true, it never takes a day off.

We can't Thankyou all enough, I can't put into words how we feel, please know that we are very Grateful for your generosity, time, and prayers. You are making a huge difference. Thankyou!

It is so very sad that children are suffering and dying because we have no cure for cancers that affect them. This thread is so very important.

Wow $41,602.00 ! Amazing! Tyler is now on his third tree! He has two presents. Keep the ornaments coming, and while your at it how about adding one to a chlid who doesn't have one? Use a code and donate $5.00 for Tyler , then use the code and donate another $5.00 for another chlid. Only $10.00 and you're helping a great charity and making someones day brighter.

Wow, I'm amazed at how many Tyler has now. When I donated he was near 300 or so. What a wonderful reason to give. Prayers to all of these beautiful kids.
