I like all those restaurants!
Boma is great for both breakfast and dinner. Breakfast has a lot of traditional items with a twist, like scrambled eggs with goat cheese, that are out of this world. At dinner, they have a children's area with macaroni and cheese, chicken fingers, etc, but the main buffet has unique soups and salads, with a really nice strip loin carved to order, and yummy desserts.
I've only eaten at Tutto Italia once, but I really liked the food. Coral Reef I've been to three times, and before my most recent visit there, I could've easily skipped it, but my last meal there was fantastic, and it's now on my must-do list.
Kona has always been one of my top TS choices. They serve this amazing pineapple bread at dinner with macadamia nut butter. I also have had good seafood entrees there, and have always liked the desserts. Last time I ate there I also had a delicious coconut-curry soup.
Citricos, is in my opinion, underrated, and is one of my favorite signature restaurants. The food is always very good and fresh tasting.
