Please rate the Kel-Gar Pinwheel Stroller Fan

Can anyone who has used it tell me if it is worth the $11.66 plus shipping? Would one work well enough or should I get two and double up. We are bringing our 6 month old to Disney this month and want her to be as comfortable as she can be.

I would also pack moist rags in a ziplock with some ice. These were wonderful for a quick cool down. I hope she isn't miserable.
We usually go in June and it is VERY HOT! I can't imagine going any later in the summer. I'll be taking a 1 yr old in October!

We had a stroller fan when we took our rugrat once in August when she was 7 months. I would think any stroller fan would be safe--ours had soft blades and some have an enclosed fan cage. It blew well--what a shame we couldn't use it. For some reason a fan terrified her. She will just now let us go down the fan aisle at WalMart--and she's 4!

We added a little extra water to her bottles (at her dr's reccomendation), draped a damp white towel over her stroller sunshade to cool it and reflect the sun, kept her legs covered with very light-weight leggings when she was in the stroller (you'll see lots of stroller sitters with red legs and feet!), kept a wet bathcloth to wipe her face and hands a lot, and just tried our best to keep her cool. She did fine!
