I don't usually post on this board - I am usually over on the Trip Planning Boards - but I thought you guys might understand this better than anyone else! (I hope this is the right board.)

I want to ask all of you for your prayers, pixie dust sprinkles and good thoughts for a good friend of mine.

She has wanted to go to WDW for years. She has a 9 year old daughter and both have been wanting to make the trip. Her husband just simply would not even consider it. Don't get me wrong, he is not an abusive type person - but he also isn't a big 'do stuff with the family' type guy either. He spends 'his money' on his stuff, if you know what I mean. And my friend is a quiet, somewhat meek person.

Anyway, she has been saving for years and she & her daughter are going down to WDW July 7th with a church group! The hubby is staying home (I don't even know if she invited him LOL). I have tried to help her with advice and stuff....she is confident she will never get to go again.

Just please keep her in your prayers for a wonderful and safe trip! I don't want to post her name, but God knows who she is. She has worked so hard for this trip and put up with some critical remarks from some family members for taking it. She is brushing all that aside and is so very excited!

I am just simply asking you to pray for her and her daughter that they have a wonderfully magical time in WDW next week!
