Actually no, I know someone who has gotten pregnant at 11 years old. And when my grandma was in labor with my dad there was a 12 year in labor too. So I guess, as long as you've started menstruating you are able to have children.

You can have only dominate genes lol, recessives arn't required, many genes are also co-dominant. If you have a blood related couple, and they decide to have a child, most likely that child would suffer from some form of mental retardation...i think

Also if both of them were heterozygous(R,r), they would have a 1/4 chance of making a homozygous recessive child(r,r) 2/4 heterozygous(R,r), and a 1/4 chance of having a homozygous dominant(R,R)
