You have to save your pictures on the internet first. Then copy the url, click on the yellow box above with the mountain/sun icon (bottom row, 2nd from left). and paste it.

I'm going to assume that you don't already have a photo hosting site like Smugmug, Flickr, or Zenfolio. If you do, there is an easier way.

First, you need a place to put the pictures. Many people use PhotoBucket because it is free. Go to http://photobucket.com. Once you are there, click on the green Join Now button.

Once there, enter a user name (you can probably use ginaluvsdisney) and a password. Then click on the Next Step button.

On the next screen, fill out the fields. Feel free to lie if they are asking for information you don't want to provide. You have to enter the "Re-type it here" code so that they know you are a human. Once you're done, click on the "I Accept" button. You now have a place to store your pictures.

If you move your mouse over the part that says "my albums", a menu will appear. Pick "albums and upload" from that menu.

What you see now will depend on whether you have Flash installed on your computer. I'm going to assume that you do. If not, just guess or ask more questions. Click on the Choose Files button and pick the picture you want to upload.

When the picture has been uploaded, you can give it a title and description. That's not important, but it doesn't hurt. Just click Save and Continue when you are done.

Now find the picture on your album page and look for something below it labeled Direct Link. You want to copy the text in the box next to that. You can do it by highlighting it with your mouse, right clicking, and selecting "Copy."

Now you are ready to go back to the Disboards and post. When you are posting, click on the little yellow symbol with a couple of mountains just above the area where you type your post. It's the second symbol from the right hand side. When you do so, it will ask you for the URL of the image. Right click on that and select "Paste" so that the address you copied from the Photo Bucket site.

That's all there is too it. It sounds hard, but it isn't. Once you've done it once, you don't have to go through all that setup stuff on PhotoBucket, so it gets easy.

the above instructions should be cut and stickied somewhere. A good and patient job.

I would definitely recommend SmugMug, as when you go to get a link for your picture, it will offer links to several different sizes, this makes sharing so much easier if there is a size limitation for the pictures, such as on the photo contests.
