Okay it's officially 22 days until we fly to Disney. I started planning this trip last October on the plane trip home from our Disney trip. I made reservations for everything and had everything paid for in April. I then became obsessed with finding out how to make sure I did not miss anything from the last trip. I am so excited about this whole thing. See last year I was in a wheelchair from a botched spinal surgery and I could only walk a few feet and I basically could do nothing except take in the wonder and magic of it all. My DH had last years trip all set up before I had the botched surgery that was suppost to be no big deal.I had another surgery this past January and I am happy to report that thru many prayers and much determination I'm walking thru the gates of MK this year...So here is my only problem they called me yesterday to let me know that our return trip home will be alot earlier that we expected which of course cuts down on the park time for that day because of the shuttle back to the airport and all the stuff that goes with it.I can handle that no big deal but i'm just hoping this isn't gonna start a cycle of things. Believe me whenever it starts to sprinkle rain it always turn into a downpour when I step out into it. Please someone throw some pixie dust my way quick. I told my DH & DD that I'm going if I have't to ride a donkey and leave 2 weeks early to get there!!!!!!Look out Disney here I come fired up and ready to take on it all............ :cloud9:

You are going to have a magical time! Don't let one little bump in the road keep you from having the best trip ever!

The airline did that to us one time...bumped our flight. You can always check to see if they have an even later flight than the one you were originally taking. Who knows.

I know that you are going to have a wonderful trip. Look at it this way...you are WALKING into WDW and not in a wheelchair. That's great news.

I know how you mean about the downpour thing. We went through it right after we got married and it lasted almost 3 1/2years. But here we are 6 years later and have our wonderful daughter (age 2).

Do and see everything...just try not to wear yourself out though.

Anyway, much fun and luck for your trip and I am sending you some pixiedust: .

Have you tried calling the airline to see if they will move you to a later flight? US Air did this to us one time and we were able to change our flight to the next day for free.

We have checked with the airline and so far this is the latest flight for that day I'm gonna continue to keep a check on it until time for us to leave.. Thank so far for the replies and well wishes..... :thumbsup2
