Where are my ADRS?-Disney site- UPDATE!! Post 570 pg 38

yes, same thing. Tried checking last nite, and the ones that are 'attached' to my resort reservation are no where to be found, even with the confirmation number. The ones that I made w/o linking to my resort reservation are there.

I was planning on calling to confirm today, too, tho, just in case.

do a search, there is another thread with this that has over 500 replies. But the consensus is that many people have experienced this, entered their conf numbers and it still didn't come up. When they called wdw-dine they ressies were still in their system. Something about switching systems or upgrading software....

But it happened to me too and i went and rebooked the ones that were missing, luckily they were all still there. However now i think i'm double booked and i have to call the number to narrow them down.
 
Yes it's definitely a problem from the software upgrade they've been doing, but all of your reservations are still in the system.

Yes, please call to verify, I have heard of a couple people having double booked ADRs auto cancelled in the system. I called on mine yesterday, and they were all there. The CM was very nice about all of it, since I'm 2 weeks out. :wizard:
 
Still missing most of mine, as of today. Of course, Le Cellier is one of them. I feel better since I already called and confirmed their existence. However, all the ones I've made online since the system went down are showing up perfectly.
 
Ah thank goodness for the DISboards!!! I was just playing online and saw that NONE of my reservations where there. I immedietly headed over to this site! Well, after I checked my email, couldn't find any of the confirmation emails, questioned my sanity :upsidedow, then checked by blackberry (which i never delete) and found the emails!! :woohoo: I have to call them tomorrow to add on a few extra days at the begining of my trip IN TWO WEEKS! so i'll confirm them then!! :cool1:
 
ugh- hoping and praying that my birthday dinner ressie at Le Cellier in February is still there, just hiding. Cant wait till the morning when I can call and confirm!!!
 
yall please do not double book your adr's just bcuz they are not showing online, please please call disney dining, I did and mine were all there. so make sure they are there and cancel the double bookings. if it makes you feel better keep the ones you can see online but cancel the ones you cant so that other people have a chance at these tables. I have seen so many posts about " I cant see my adr's so Im making new ones" but most are not bothering to call and cancel the existing ones they already have but cannot see online.

Well I'm two weeks out and only some of mine are showing up. I have all the confirmation numbers as I printed them out along time ago. I should be allright you think if I have the confirmation numbers of the missing ADRs??

We have 12 ADR's book and only 3 of them are showing on-line :( I called and confirmed that they are still in the system just not showing up on-line (Like everyone else)so she made me feel better, at the time! But then Today i started thinking about it again I do not have the confirm #'s for any of the ADR's should i call back and get them? or can she give them to me over the phone? What system of Disney's feeds to the restaurant? So i guess my question is has anyone on here gone and used a ADR since all of this has happened? and more specifically were you someone who had booked ADR's they didn't show on-line but when you showed up at the restaurant they had you on the list?? (hope that makes sense?):confused3

I have so many and I'm not sure I have all my confirms. I specifically like to cancel what I won't use and I wasn't worried because I knew I would have my list. This is really bad. With all the Disney technology they should have, it is unbelievable to me that their systems are STILL down.

Thank you! Yeah the reason I found out the ADR's were missing on-line was that we were going to add the confirm #'s to my calander on my phone and you knwo the rest. Crazyness:scared1:

Yes they can. I finally called the other day and was joking with the lovely CM that I'd been sitting on my hands but couldn't take it anymore, and she was ready, willing, and fully capable of giving me all my numbers. I had them all, so I didn't need that, but she could have!
 
Well i finally caved in and called. They had to pull them up with confirmation number because they couldnt find them under the phone number, (good job i had all the numbers) The lady was so sweet and patient, I have a bunch of ressies *** we are on deluxe. She cancelled a few for me and i asked her about the doublebooking, she said you can keep them till you decide what to do, but try to cancel 2 days before!! She did not know a thing about this autocancelling for doublebookings, she said they would not be able to do this. She said they hope to have it all back within a week and that everything would be the same as when it went down, nothing would be missing. Interesting!! By the way they found all mine yeah:goodvibes
 
By the way, when I called, she looked me up by name and *zip code*. I thought that was interesting!
 
I just called and they were able to lookup all my reservations for my Dec trip by using my last name and phone number. The lady was very nice and read through each one of them for me.
