I would go with either April 29 or week of May 13. (May 13 will probably have best weather but slightly higher crowds than the week of the 29th

Airfare is $135 cheaper the week of 5/13.

I would definitely not plan a trip for March 31-April 7 if you’re going in 2018 and trying to avoid crowds. Easter falls on 4/1 which is historically a busy time. Many schools plan spring break for the week before or after Easter so I personally avoid both of those weeks

We’ve been during the last week of April several times. It’s still hot, but it’s a great time to go.
