...but I have to share that today was my 200th day of exercise in a row!! And over 50 of those days had two workouts! Go me!

That is so great! Keep up the great work. 200 days is awesome! - in a row no less. Just think, my son just celebrated his 100th day of Kindergarten. If you put it into perspective like that................that is just phenomonal! Give yourself a great big pat on the back!
 
That is excellent, I really have trouble working out every day of the week, I usually only exercise 6 days a week. Although now that the weather is nicer I will get out and walk.
How do you do keep up your motavation?

Helenk, a lot of my motivation comes from a promise I made to myself when I started, to commit to daily exercise. It's not a "choice" for me each morning, it's just what I do, who I am now. I have a schedule, and I make the rest of life (meals, appointments, not sleeping in, etc.) fit around it, as best I can. I'm fortunate to have tons of support from my DH! Sometimes it makes for too little sleep, or a really busy day, but it's worth it. I'm not always as successful with my commitment to eating right, but I've got the exercise motivation nailed...

But WISH has a lot do with it as well. It's like the cheat-free clippie - I don't want to give up my 200 days in my signature! Sometimes the knowledge that I can add one more day to my count gets me going in the morning. :p

6 days a week is AWESOME, Helen! Great job!

April- Congratulations! That's so great! Thanks for the motivation-I started on Feb. 9th and haven't missed yet, but was thinking of giving myself a day off. I am afraid if I do that I'll start making excuses again. This will give me something to shoot for!

That is so great, April! I've been watching your exercise number the last few days and it is such a motivation! Congratulations of this wonderful milestone. I am aiming to implement a few life changes for myself and my family (what I cook for me, they eat too) and hope I can be as successful and you have been.
