*Have never been to Chefs De France so can't say where it would rank.

California Grill -- The best restaurant on property except for V&A's. Great food, great view, great service. A+++.
Narcoocee's -- I love the view of the MK. Very good food. Watch Wishes from balcony because rude guests will block your view from the table.
Boma -- Best buffet on property! Great place (although the soups were too corn-stachy last time).
Flying Fish -- everything I have had here was great! Poor service last trip.
Jiko -- yummy fillet, great wine!
Citricos -- very refined, yet I felt welcome with children.
Cape May Café -- great buffet, I love the shrimp and ribs!
Chefs De France -- good, would like to go back next time.
Artists Point -- went twice, didn't like it either time.
Brown Derby -- great restaurant, not worth 2 TS credits IMO.
LeCellier -- over rated with poor service. Food just OK. I don't understand why everyone loves the place.
Spoodles -- never been.
Fulton's Crab House -- never been.
Liberty Tree Taven -- never been.

In Epcot we also like Teppanyaki Steakhouse, even with the limits on what you can order and the German Biergarten which is always fun. In the MK, we are also among the few people who like Tony's. We've had 3 great meals there. I also like the last breakfast seating at Crystal Palace Character Buffet so you can get a brunch. The food is always fresh and good.

Ok, I am not 100% sure of this order, but I would say...

Jiko
Citricos
AP
California Grill
Boma
Brown Derby
Le Cellier
Spoodles
Cape May

I have not dined at Narcoosees, LTT, Chefs or FF.

I absolutely DESPISE Fulton's!

In some ways, I want to put Boma at the top of my list, just because you can get so many tatstes of so many different and unique dishes. the only reason I put it number 4 is because it is, after all, a "buffet" and I do count atmosphere in my ratings.

I really loved Biergarten the last time we went...and Blue Zoo is an exceptional place. We are trying Bistro De Paris for the first time next month, I am excited about it. Crystal Palace dinner really impressed us, also.

Our top 3 are:
Teppanyaki dinning rooms
Jiko
Aritist Point

Our next 3 would be:
Brown Derby
California Grill
Turf Club at SSR

3rd three would be:
Flying Fish
Cape May
Le Cellier

LTT but we love it for lunch
Cape May Cafe

We have not had dinner at Cape May or LTT for some years though.

Still have never been to Flying Fish.

We would not subject our dogs to the sevice at Fulton's but haven't been in several years so there is a chance they have finally improved service.

You need to add Kona Cafe on that list!! It was the best TS we had on our last trip.

wildernesslodgelover, why do you despise Fulton's?

I have had meals at Disney that maybe weren't "great" but Fulton's was one place I felt totally ripped off at. We paid a lot of money for the "lobster and crab extravaganza" and we felt the scrawny lobster and watery crab was a rip off, plus the service was pretty slow (that's not really a bid deal) and the place seems a little dirty to me. I understand getting great food but a small portion...or mediocre food and a large portion, but this was just awful and one of the few places we made a pact to never go back to. I will say there are plenty of menu items that are probably much better, but we were splurging for our 8th anniversary and were very disappointed and left hungry.

I wish I could post my review, but the search function is not working!

I have had people post to me that I was wrong for not addressing the issue immediately, but you know how it is...you are TRYING to salvage the evening and complaining to management kind of ruins the mood. We can just chalk things up to experience and move on. I did email management when I got home.

Again, I have had bad meals at a few places, but that doesn't mean I will never go back. This was just a comedy of errors and I would feel stupid going back there. I am sure the fact that we were celebrating a special occasion and then had a less than stellar (to put it kindly) dining experience probably magnified the flaws, ya know?

FWIW, I see tons of great reviews of the place! So, I would tell anyone to experience it for themselves, but I personally cannot recommend it.

Our top 5 in no particular order. . .

California Grill
Citrico's
Brown Derby
Jiko
Flying Fish

There are several we have not tried.

Ok, based on the reviews here, Fulton's is off of my list. I trust the opinions of the DISers. While we were (hungrily) waiting for our Rainforest Cafe table on 4/6, the Fulton's aroma was irresistable. This is what made me want to add it to the list.

As an aside, people rave about Rainforest, but I thought it was horrid.

Thank you all!

Here is the order my family would place the restaurants you've listed (I've left off the ones we've not tried yet):

Le Cellier
California Grill
Liberty Tree Tavern (love the atmosphere and the character interaction is first rate! :thumbsup2 )
Chefs de France

I totally agree with Desnik who commented on the Kona Cafe, the food there is consistently good! Our family also really enjoyed Teppanyaki and San Angel Inn (it's gotten a lot of bad reviews lately, but our experience here last December was fabulous!)

Well, then you'll be happy to know I also despise RFC! LOL! In all honesty, I have never eaten at a WDW RFC, but there is one near my house and I am guessing the menu is the same, and I think it is gross! I don't ever comment on RFC on these boards, as I don't think it is fair since I have not dined at an "on property" RFC.

Again, if the search function was working, you'd find a lot of people who visit Fulton's every trip and love it. I have looked at some pictures of some menu items that are posted on the sticky thread on top of this page, and they really looked good. But, I just cannot foresee us ever going there again, cuz I will just KICK myself if we have another bad experience, since the first one was so bad.

The only one you seem to be missing is...
Kona Cafe....yum
Kerri

Those at which I've eaten:
California Grill
Artist Point
Boma
Brown Derby
LeCellier
Cape May Café
Chefs De France (have only eaten lunch)
Spoodles
Liberty Tree Tavern

Those I haven't been to:
(ranked in order of perceived quality based on reviews)
Citricos
Flying Fish
Jiko
Narcoossee's
Going Hungry
Fulton's Crab House

Other than Victoria & Albert, the only one that may belong in the top ten you've missed is Kona Cafe. It's not a "signature restaurant" but the food is excellent. And it's only 1 TS credit! I would rank it with Boma & Brown Derby.

1 - Spoodles (steak was awesome - our new favorite - better than Cali!)

2 - California Grill (on a side note - we love it here, but had less than stellar service during free dining last year, so we won't be visiting it this year during free dining!)

3 - Cape May Café (a must do every trip)

4 - Liberty Tree Tavern (another must do!)

5 - Boma

11... LeCellier (we didn't enjoy our meal or service here at all)

Never been to these, but the order I would try them:
Artists Point
Chefs De France
Narcoocee
Flying Fish
Jiko
Citricos
Fulton's Crab House
Brown Derby

I think you have a lot of great choices - good luck deciding!! I need to decide soon myself, too! ;)

From the ones listed these are the ones I have been to, in order...
1. Jiko
2. Cali Grill
3. LeCellier
4. Boma
5. Liberty Tree Taven
