Dear Ms. XXXX,
I am faxing you my resume per your request. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Should i say anything else?

Hmmmmmmmmm maybe it should say

Dear . . .

I am applying for (fill in the blank) with your company.

Attached please find my resume for your review.

Please contact me at your earliest convenience so we may set up a time to discuss the (blank) position.

Sincerely,

what if I've already included a cover letter? this would just be for the fax sheet.

Ohhhhhhh ok then . . .

Attached please find my resume per your request.

Hoping to hear from you soon with regards to this position?

Always good to fudge a little;)

Good luck

Should it read: "as per your request" or am I nitpicking?
In any case - GOOD LUCK!!

good luck...keeping all my fingers and toes crossed

you guys are so sweet. I love you all.

Since we are nitpicking :teeth: it should be regard and not regards.

Also most business writing is doing away with using such formalized language as "attached please find" and going to a more casual approach such as.. Per your request, here is my resume. I look forward to talking with you about this position. blah blah blah

Good Luck!!!
