PLEASE! Need help with Herbie code that is not working!!

ok so before I throw this darn DVD out the window I thought I would try and get some help from the DIS! So I bought the Herbie DVD today and ran home to put the code in. It keeps telling me that the code does not match any of their secret codes and to try again. So then I tried variations...maybe that's a B instead of an 8....no luck! I'm so frustrated! Anyone else have this problem? I am going to be so bummed if I have to buy another one of these movies because I only bought it for the code!

p.s. I'm willing to scan in the page with the code and send it to a trustworthy person who thinks they can make heads or tales of it! But I still want the stuff

There should be an 1-800 number somewhere in that DVD call it tomorrow and tell them what happened.

They should send you another code, no problem.

I have to get the DVD tomorrow.

I have heard that alot of peoples codes either do not work or have been missing from the DVD.


Be sure and have all your packaging with you when you call.

This also happened to a friend of mine in the game. Check to see if any of the letters could be G, 6, 8, S, B or E. I think these were the ones giving him a problem.

Yeah, those letters and #s are hard to read. I got mine yesterday afternoon. (it worked, but I admit I was wondering if it was going to). Why don't they use a font that you can actually READ????

So I called the phone number and they said they are sending me a new code! I'm still gonna try and work on this one though. No luck yet!
