If She Doesn't crack, they should force her to hear her childs voice, post Caylees picture everywhere that can be seen by the mother,as a constant reminder of what was lost to the world, then maybe her heart{if she has one}will be exposed to the cruelty that was done.:sad2:

Sadly, if she is a sociopath, it will not matter. Other people are just "things" to be used and discarded.

Poor baby girl. :sad1:

The whole shovel thing has really bothered me. First, the grandparents live in a normal house. They don't own a single shovel? :confused3 Secondly, after knowing everything we know about Casey, does anyone imagine her sitting around the pool one day saying to herself, "Wow! Look at all that bamboo. I want to help out my parents because I love them so much so I am going to get a shovel and do a little yard work." :confused3

See is such a liar and it sickens me that the mom seems to believe her most of the time.

I agree, and I believe I've read that she borrowed the shovel on June 18th, a timeframe that she has already admitted to Caylee already being gone and she was doing her own investigating. So in the middle of her investigating and lying to friends, saying Caylee is at the beach or the parks with the Nanny, she decides to take time out to do some yardwork? :rolleyes1 Seriously?

I just can't even fathom being a parent and standing in front of the media and justifying the ridiculousness of these statements, just to save your daughter's behind. Every single person should be insulted by the statements coming from this entire family. They must really think the general public is stupid and beneath them.

That poor little girl, it makes me so sad that they are choosing to fight for Casey and not her. :sad2:

Not condoning the grandparents in anyway, however, I think it is like those cases where the (step)father is abusing the daughter, and the mother "knows" but is in denial because it is just too horrible to acknowledge...again, not right by any stretch of the imagination, I just think that they desperately want to believe that Casey is alive and also do not want to believe that their daughter is a murderer, much less of their own grandchild. They lose doubly-they lost a daughter and a granddaughter.

I just wished in this rare case that the cops where allowed to do something to make her talk, like that truth serum stuff...

I actually think this is an excellent idea. You hear about judges that order an inmate to keep pictures of the victim in their cell at all times. Stick Casey in solitary with a 24 hour track playing of her daughter saying, "mommy" and surrounded by pictures of her with her baby. That might just break the no good...........I better stop at that.

I had a dream last night that she was found in a store with a man. She was given to the man (a pedophile ) at a Las Vegas Adult Film convention. Bizarre I know.

I had hoped to wake up to some good news today, but that doesn't seem to be the case :sad1:

I have a bad feeling about the whole thing. But not the normal bad feeling, the feeling we may never know what happened to her. Like PP said, if she hasn't cracked by now I fear she won't at all.

I think our only hope now is the grandparents cracking. If they come clean w/what they really know, WAKE UP, and stop trying to protect their daughter we might get some answers. Maybe they will. I imagine they have finally realized the number of lies she's told and hopefully they'll start to turn on her a bit.
I can almost feel sorry for the grandparents. I'm sure they didn't want to believe their own daughter would do something to harm her child. They probably were/are in denial. But they have to realize it soon.
I think the brother does realize it.. That's why he's rarely in front of the camera and doesn't see Casey at the jail anymore.

Psychic Gale St. John will be looking for her.

I figured from the very beginning that Casey killed her and still believe that. I really don't think the grandparents know, they were just in denial and I guess can't imagine their daughter doing such a thing.

After reading through some threads on Scared Monkeys and that Websleuth site, and given the early July entries on Casey's and Cindy's My Space pages (I included the exerpt from Casey's poem below because it screams volumes), I am convinced, like others are, that there was a major blow up in the Anthony household a day or two after Fathers Day. I think the Anthonys are not talking about it because they think the fight caused Caylee's death. Casey stated on her My Space that there was "DRAMMMMMA" in the Anthony household in mid-June and that she hasn't been back home since.

I think Casey was enraged and killed Caylee to get back at her mother. I think the Anthony's did not answer the flurry of phone calls from Casey because of the blow up. I don't think Casey called in a panic to report something happened to Caylee. I think she called to continue the fight and/ or threaten her parents or threaten to harm Caylee if they don't do everything Casey wants them too and they were not havng any of it.

I also think George found out pretty quickly after the car was returned that Casey was involved in Caylee's death and I believe he might be a key player in knowing Caylee's whereabouts. He knows more than Grandma, I believe, which is why he stayed out of the limelight in the beginning.

I do think the grandparents know almost everything now. I don't think George knew Cindy was going to call 911 so quickly. I think George has told Cindy quite a bit now, but she obviously does not know everything because she can't seem to keep her mouth shut or stay out of the limelight. What grandmother of a missing child laughs as she trots away from the press at the courthouse (I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw that photo!).

The grandparents know Caylee is dead. Notice, they are not even looking for their granddaughter.

So now there are psychics searching for Caylee. Looks like the psychics care more about finding that little angel than the grandparents do. Well, I say we buy the search team t-shirts that say Psychics for Psychos because the whole Anthony family is pretty wacked.

On July 7, Casey Anthony wrote:

“On the worst of worst days, remember the words spoken

Trust no one, Only yourself.

With great power, comes great consequence.

What is given, Can be taken away.

Everyone Lies.

Everyone Dies.”

I don't understand what's up with the Grandparents if they know something. For her to make a frenzied call and then sorta...fade away from that? If she knows something wouldn't she want to bring her daughter to justice?

I'm a parent, but if my child did something like that you better believe I'd be the first one calling and telling.

How sad that the rest of the nation seems to be more involved, and heartbroken than their whole family (and maybe that's just the way it's perceived but..I dunno)

This just gets sadder by the day.

I heard today that the reason that Casey is refusing to see her family (Lee and her parents) might be because she is getting close to cracking. I really hope that is the case.

Tip Involving Smell Leads Nowhere In Caylee Anthony Search

UPDATED: 6:22 pm EDT August 11, 2008

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- A tip in the Caylee Anthony case involving a suspicious smell had investigators rushing to a wooded area along Narcoosee Road on Monday afternoon, but the search came up empty-handed.

Monday, Cindy Anthony was fighting claims in last week's search warrant that Casey's phone records contained no calls to a mysterious babysitter. Also Monday, the 5th District Court of Appeals turned down Casey Anthony's second attempt to convince the panel to lower her $500,000, but the records were still sealed.

TIP ABOUT SMELL LEADS NOWHERE

Eyewitness News was tipped off that someone detected the smell of decomposition in a wooded area near Lee Vista Boulevard and Narcoosee Road (see map), not too far from Caylee Anthony's grandparents' house. An investigator on the scene told Eyewitness News the tip was related to the search for missing 3-year-old Caylee Anthony, but determined the smell was from a dead dog.

GRANDPARENTS MEET WITH INVESTIGATORS AGAIN

Caylee's grandparents met with the sheriff's office Monday, for what they said is going to be a regular occurrence until Caylee is found, to share information.

"Just to get some information from the search department to see how the search is going for our granddaughter," George Anthony told Eyewitness News as he and Cindy walked into the sheriff's office Monday morning. "It's just a question and answer period for both of us. We have some questions for them. This is going to be an ongoing thing we do with them until our granddaughter comes home."

CINDY DISPUTES SEARCH WARRANT DETAILS

Cindy Anthony is disputing something in the investigators' search warrant affidavit about Casey Anthony's phone records.

"That's a misstatement," she told Eyewitness News.

The affidavit says Casey's cell phone records "show no numbers belonging to a Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez" and that there is "no incoming call" around noon on June 15, when Casey says she got a call from a private number and briefly talked to Caylee.

Cindy said she shared new information with investigators Monday about Casey's phone records that she says shows Casey really did get a call from Caylee on July 15 from a "private number." She's even claiming that Caylee's great grandmother heard from Caylee during the time she's been missing.

"We had a long conversation about that today. Some of the stuff that got leaked out is erroneous and they're looking at some of those things today," Cindy said.

"How did the person who had Caylee get your mother's phone number?" WFTV reporter Kathi Belich asked.

"She was programmed into my daughter's phone," Cindy said.

Casey is isolating herself in jail, has had no calls for a week and she's canceling visits with her family. Investigators don't know if it means she's about to crack.

"If she cared to talk with us and tell us what she knew, we'd certainly sit down and listen to her," Sgt. John Allen said.

The Anthonys said Monday they've been getting threatening phone calls and emails and, even though they said they believe a possible threat and danger to the family is keeping Casey from telling what she knows about where Caylee is, they said they're just getting rid of the threats and not reporting them to investigators.

CASEY REFUSES VISITATION WITH PARENTS

On Sunday, Casey Anthony refused a schedule visitation with her parents. Channel 9 asked Cindy Anthony on Sunday if she thinks Casey cancelled because she did not want to defend statements from a search warrant that claim she never received or made a cell phone call to Caylee's mystery babysitter Zenaida Gonzalez.

"I've got the phone records so I'm not so sure, I'm not sure what you guys are talking about. I've not seen anything from the sheriff's department and they have not confirmed anything to that. I would like to see her, but what am I going to say. What am I suppose to say? That's her perogative," Cindy said Sunday.

According to sources, Casey has been watching some news coverage, which may have included when the Anthonys spoke out against her.

"She's going to have to pay for some of the stuff she's put herself and put her daughter through," George Anthony said last week.

On Friday, Casey also turned away her brother Lee.

Regardless of Casey's motive, her parents were disappointed that their daughter chose to snub family members for the second time.

"You always want to see your child, but then again, she had her reasons," Cindy said.

Cindy told Channel 9 that she believes Casey's reason may be petty.

"Maybe it's based on me cancelling my appointment with her the other day," she said.

Two visitations remain scheduled for this week. Tuesday morning, Casey's brother Lee is scheduled to visit. George and Cindy Anthony will make another attempt to visit their daughter Thursday morning.

There was no explanation given as to why Casey Anthony declined the visit Sunday.

I totally 100% believe that these grandparents know something.

I agree with you in that I think the grandparents know something.

I think that the grandparents know that their daughter is a pathological liar, and they have not owned up to that yet, and until they admit that she is a pathological liar (in my humble opinion) they are enabling Casey to get away with the lies she has told and gotten away with her whole life, including up to the present moment.

Sadly, I heard today that Cindy (grandma) is questioning the reliablility of the phone company's records. I mean come on. Why can you not just fess up and admit that your daughter might have fabricated the 'private' phone call she received from Caylee at 'around' 12:00 on the day Cindy called 911 about her missing grandbaby? Why choose to fight computer-generated records?

Why focus the blame on the phone company for the inconsistency? Why not focus the blame on your daughter???

This just gets stupider and stupider! :confused3

The police find no evidence of a phone call but the grandmother has proof that there was one?

Then GG talks to Caylee while she is supposidly missing  and apparently this person had to have gotten the number from Casey's phone?

Hasn't she always balmed everybody except Casey and any other family members, as in her blaming the media on one of her television interviews.

Something is really wrong with these people and they all need some kind of help

I read something that was talking about all the protesters that were hanging around outside the jail where Casey is, why don't they "throw her to the dogs" so to speak, maybe they could get some answers.

I don't really believe in Psychics, but I sure hope this one come up with some concrete info. It seems they are going around in circles with what they have, or with what they have shared with the public.

Honestly, i mean..the FIRST conclusion Cindy jumped to was that she was dead. Helloooo phone call? "And my car smells like a dead body" or whatever.

HEEELLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

If she jumped to it first and it's her own daughter. Please. Don't try to hide stuff NOW.This is your flesh and blood granddaughter. If your daughter did something to her...You really should want to do ANYTHING in your power to try hard to get her back. But it doesn't look like they're doing much but looking for a body.

I think they need to force Casey to meet with her parents and brother. I think the more they keep asking her questions and making it "all about Caylee" the more likely she is to crack. I can totally see finally wigging out and saying something like "would you just get over it! She is gone and she isn't coming back. She's dead! Can we just move on and figure out how to get me out of here?"

You know what I mean? She just can't stand this attention focusing on the baby and not on her.
