When they find Caylee's body and I do believe one day they will. The grandmother and mom will say the babysitter did it. I have no doubt.

I think the grandparents are starting to realize that their beloved daughter is guilty of something pretty bad in this case. I have no doubt they will eventually turn on her. I think the brother already has. You can tell by the conversations that he doesn't believe a word she says.

I did she they just got a dive team to search the local ponds. Not sure why that wasn't done sooner. I'm trying to stay optimistic, but sadly I feel she did die :sad1:

I havent kept up with this thread in a couple days.. so sorry if I repeat anything.
I saw an interview with Lee. He said that Caylees biological fathers family never knew he fathered a child. Adn they would NEVER release his name. Now, doesnt that seem harsh? Of course we dont know the situation. But this familys son is gone... isnt it kinda cruel to keep what could be the only child their son fathered? Seems kinda selfish.
Then he goes on about how they are throwing donated things away. But they need personal assistants? Ummm.. why not re-donate those items to charities. Maybe they could clean up the stuff and give it to kids???
I love how she says she will be home on her birthday. I certainly hope she is right.

Any news yet on the DNA? Will that really prove anything if it does come back as Caylees? Cant they come up with a million and one excuses as to why her DNA would be just about anywhere?

I love how now they are saying that Casey could have disguised herself as Zenaida???

And how Cindys reasoning for the photos is that Casey was being a typical '22 year old' or however old she is.:sad2:

i have nto kept up with this story can any one summerise it for me?

I hope you are right but I just don't see that happening anytime soon. The grandmother seems to have an answer for everything. I hope she isn't covering up for her daughter. This is what grandma had to say today about the gas cans:

"Plain and simple. She needed the cans because she ran out of gas. She had a faulty gas gauge. Simple as that," said Cindy Anthony.

The gas cans were stolen during the last week of June at a time when Caylee had reportedly been missing for several days.

"It's irrelevant to this case," Cindy Anthony said. "There's no reason to bring (the theft) up. Previously, (Casey) had used the gas cans. There's other people's fingerprints on them besides us, and that's what they're looking at."

In an interview with Fox News, Casey Anthony's father, George Anthony, said on the day of the theft, Casey did not want him to retrieve a tool from the trunk of her car.

"She was hesitant about letting me get in the car, and I said, 'Well, I've got an extra key, I'll just go get it.' She was adamant about that," George Anthony said.

"She didn't want him to know the gas cans were (in the trunk). She thought she could put them back and leave him a note of apology," Cindy Anthony said.

I hope the police found the evidence they needed today but it concerns me that they are going into the Anthony home 3 weeks after this little girl was reported missing. Grandma could have easily destroyed evidence by now.

I am watching Nancy Grace right now..

you know, I am sick.....I have two DD's......I love them with all my heart but if I were the Grandma and my DD's were grown - THEY THEN HAVE A VOICE....the grandaughter does not. I would shake the **** out of that girl and I still - IDK, no Amber Alert issued, no combing the neighborhoods, they know already.

and I do think the best theory was posted here.....mom partied, left caylee in the car...:(

I totally agree with lilygator. Daughter or no daughter, I would be livid and demand to know where my grandbaby is, no way would I defend and enable my daughter. She left that sweet precious little girl in the car while partying and she died.

I pray to God we are all wrong and they find her alive and well, I just do not see that as being a possiblity with everything going on.

Her demeanor is chilling.

Police divers will begin searching lakes near the home today. This is actually a huge task in Florida. In addition to the lakes, there are so many swampy areas where it would be really easy to dispose of a body. It would be almost impossible to search them all. In addition, we have wildlife that feeds on anything dead. They would dispose of a body pretty quickly.

As in the Trenton Ducket case, I don't know that they will ever find this little girl.

As for charging Casey with murder, it all depends on what is found as far as physical evidence. In order to charge someone with murder when there is no body, there has to be proof that the victim could not have survived. For instance, so much blood found that it would indicate that the person could not have survived. Traces of brain matter can be an indication.

If the tests reveal that there really was a dicomposing body in the car trunk, that would be grounds to charge her. If the tests are inconclusive, they probably cannot make the case. It doesn't matter that Caylee is missing. If there is any chance that she could be alive, they cannot charge Casey with murder.

Has there been much information on a boyfriend of Caseys???

A friend of mine thinks he is involved, but I haven't heard much about him??

I was watching the Orlando news this morning and they had a picture of a man they thought was Caylee's father. I didn't catch the last name, but his first name was Jesus and he was killed in a car accident.

If you get the chance to read up on Carrie Culberson/Vince Doan they were able to convict him and give him life without chance of parole without a body. That was here in Ohio and his brother from what I read lives in Florida. He was arrested but released as an accomplice. With all the lies Casey has told I would think it would be possible for them to charge her. I hope they can as I can't imagine that monster being back out to continue partying. I agree that in Florida with those swamps they will not find that precious child. This just makes me sick they are not making her take a lie detector test, but then again the way she lies it probably wouldn't help. Can't they force her to take a lie detector test? Or why can't they do the same to the grandparents.

I agree with you which brings me to another point of confusion...with such loving grandparents (so it seems) why not just leave Caylee with them? I think there is something there too....very messed up family.

What seems strange to me is that Casey and Caylee lived with the parents..
I am curious about how often Casey would disappear from her parents' house...was it typical that she didn't come home for days, weeks, months at a time before? Would she take Caylee with her?
Also, did the parents believe Casey was working the past two years? Did they not know who was keeping Caylee when they were at work? I would think the grandparents would have been the ones to arrange childcare.
And another thing that bothered me was when Cindy called 911 and stated Casey finally admitted that Caylee was missing for a month.....the wording shows that she had suspected something and was questioning Casey....otherwise she would have said she just told me..not admitted.

IIRC - there are fluids that might be discovered that can ONLY be from a decomposing body. There is also some scientific study that suggests that hair shafts exhibit certain characteristics (dark ring around the shaft) that ONLY occur post-mortem. If either of these are found in the trunk, I think that would be enough for a conviction.

I truly believe the police (and the family) know a lot more than they are telling us, and that Casey knows exactly where her daughter is.

I agree, this poor little girl deserves more. Im afraid to say, the longer it is, the more likely it is that she isnt alive. If she was, someone would have seen a glimpse of her by now or came forward. It doesnt look good. I pray she is still alive. I live a hour from Orlando and everytime I go out, I think of her, wondering if she is around.Thinking that I see her in other kids. No little child deserves this. But since nothing, absalutly Nothing is comming forward, I fear the worse. I just hope we find out what did happen. She is a beautiful little girl. Poor thing. Her mom needs something done to her. SORRY, just a little emotional.
