Please Look at This Picture - Has Anyone Seen This Missing Baby? UPDATES THROUGHOUT

There was an interview with Cindy and the police where she tells them that she believes Zenaida is the name Casey used for all babysitters. It could be Jessie, etc, etc.

So now, she and George are going to say that this fantasy Zenaida took her?

They also showed on tv a conversation in jail where Cindy asks Casey if that picture of Caylee with the drums was at Zenaida's house. Casey says yes. CIndy keeps asking and finally says, "I know where that photo was taken." Then Casey says that it was at Ricardo's (Or another name) place. She also kept saying that Zanny also had a drum set.

Are you serious? In a previous interview, Cindy admitted she had never heard of Zenaida before

She didn't say she had never heard of Zenaida before. She said that she had heard of Zenaida (but did not say when and I have to wonder if it was after Caylee went missing), but that she thought that Zenaida was a term used for different baby sitters and then named several people.

WebSlueths says that Jessie Grund had heard Casey use the name Zanny the nanny for a while.

geez... I am glad I am not a 'Zenaida'. Can you imagine what it would be like to constantly hear your name over and over like this?

And good for that judge!

the funniest thing now, is hearing the Anthonys lawyer refer to there being another Zenaida. I realize Cindy doesnt want to lose her daughter too. But even my mother told me that if I hurt a hair on her grandkids head she would kick my ...rear.

What is Baezs deal with wanting in on this so quickly? A 2nd autopsy?? Good god! Put this sweet baby to rest already!

Does anyone know if the utility worker will get the reward? He sure deserves it. To be honest I cant believe no one is hounding him. do you think he will be called at the hearing?

Someone asked this on NG and LP answered. He said that there was a reward for finding Caylee alive. He at one time offered a reward for finding Caylee dead (assuming alive, too), but took that off the table. So the utility worker will not get a reward according to LP, but not sure if he is a credible source for that answer.

Seems like he could make some money off a couple of tv interviews. If I were him, I'd want to be anonymous. Surely he'll have to testify. I would think one big question would be if he saw duct tape on the skull. I heard one guest defense attorney (not on the case) say on NG that she had doubts the duct tape could stay around the mouth all this time with the water and all. NG said that plumbers use duct tape all the time and it can hold up to the water.

The utility worker will not get the $5000 reward because he didn't call the Crime Line hotline. Leonard Padilla is saying on the news here he will write a check to the utility worker when it is proven it is Caylee for 5000-10,000.

Good. For all the money LP has dropped and all the hot air, he can give the utility worker a couple bucks. That poor guy is going to have to live with that image for the rest of his life.

I'm glad he will be getting some kind of reward too. I would FREAK OUT finding what he did. Why would CrimeLine think that someone would not call 911 immediately? That is the first thing that would pop into anyone's head. Not, 'Oh, let me call the CrimeLine and they'll add my tip to the pile they already have and get to it sometime later...' Or maybe that's their racket so they don't have to pay out rewards.....:confused3

ITA. I would never have thought to call anywhere BUT 911. That's a hokey excuse IMO. I hope he's rewarded although nothing is worth seeing that image in your head forever.

I would think Baez wants his Scheme Team experts there right along in the investigation so that he can make up a story to go along with what the evidence is showing.

I would think law enforcement would keep a lid on the positive ID until they get all the evidence they think they will need before Baez and the oher idiots come in and start making up imaginary situations to explain away why that poor little girl was dumped like garbage.

Yes, I'm sure he'll be called at the trial.

Good job, Judge! Talk about right on the money. But, speaking of money, I was wondering about a reward for that utility worker as well. I'm glad if crime line (or whatever it's called) isn't going to give something, if this is proven to be Caylee, I'm glad LP will or is at least saying he will give something to that utility worker. Yes, I agree with a previous post about calling crime line first rather than 911. :headache:

It will hold for a little bit but if there is constant water it's not going to last all that long. I have a DH who is the duct tape king and he thinks it the miracle hold and uses it for everything...it holds for a bit but does come loose in short time.

One atty. on the news said that JB wanted in the crime scene to find any "evidence" that could suggest someone other than Casey was present in the area -- an easy task considering it's been used as a hangout and play area for teens and tweens for years now. Apparently, he feels that LE is biased against his client (as evidenced that they've already filed murder charges against her) and will discard any evidence that doesn't support their case against Casey.

Another atty. suggested that JB is well aware that all his motions will be denied by the judge, but he's filing them anyway to avoid any charges of legal malpractice down the road.

What??? Are you kidding me? This man just found a plastic bag with the remains of a 2 year old little girl that was missing for months, that the entire country has been worried about, and they are witholding for that??

Unbelievable.

I didn't realize the remains were found in a bag. My heart is breaking for that poor guy who found this. I can't imagine what he must be going through.
