Okay, while I do find some sympathy for these grandparents. And I have said over and over I don't want to judge them. :rolleyes1

I have to agree with you RadioNate. It's kinda crazy. The hose thing last night..was insane.
I am starting to wonder if the WHOLE family has jumped off their rockers???:sad2:
What I don't understand is this: George is a retired cop..right? Shouldn't he know procedure in cases like this? Shouldn't he be the one that says.." Okay, this has gotten out of control" And persude the family to take polygraphs.
I really don't understand the reasoning behind not taking the tests.
Unless...someone has advised them that it could furthur incriminate Casey. And they really do still believe all of Casey's stories. (???)
:confused3

IMO the Anthony's CAN'T take a lie dector test because they will incriminate themselves. They won't 'pass' because they have helped Casey cover up Caylee's murder.

I've lost all sympathy for any of them, except Caylee.

I don't agree with the protestors because of the people who live around the Anthony's. If the Anthony's lived on 10 acers in the middle of nowhere I wouldn't care if people were out there annoying them. It is the neighborhood that I feel bad for. It isn't their fault that the Anthony's are a bunch of nutters.

Sadly, Sadly, Sadly, I am starting to agree with you. :sad2: :sad1:
That poor little girl. :sad1:

My theory on what happened:

I think Casey wanted to go party but had no one to take care of her daughter. She decided to use chloroform to knock Caylee out and went on her way. When she went back and opened the trunk she discovered that her little girl was dead and panicked. She slammed the trunk lid down and tried to pretend that everything was okay. That became problematic as the body began to decay so she disposed of it in some manner, possibly with help from someone else. We will probably never know how Caylee actually died. =(

I think that Cindy, who made a GENUINE 911 call at first to the police KNEW what she smelled. And was genuinly TERRIFIED!:sad2:

Soon after, I think Casey may have "spilled the beans" to the family. Or at least most of them anyway. And now they are in deeper than they can ever dig out of. And like RadioNate said..they are all trying to cover eachothers lies. B/c I am SURE at this point..IF ANYONE knows what happened and they are not being up front that is against the law..right?!

I really want to feel sorry for these grandparents..but I just don't know if I can anymore. :sad2: :guilty: :sad2:

The sad reality is that some people have simply disappeared with no justice or explanation. Unfortunately I can only name a few high-profile cases as examples - Nicole Simpson and Ronald Goldman. Natalee Holloway. Michael Dunahee (in Canada). (I know there are many more :()

And yet, I believe there is always a witness to somebody's disappearance. People do not just simply vanish into thin air.

Now, whether those particular witnesses are willing to share what they have witnessed is another thing entirely.

well, we KNOW what happened to Ron and Nicole..the only thing with that case is the killer walked away so there is no closure for either family.

How telling is this....Casey never calls 911 when her BABY is MISSING....

But calls pronto because of protestors????

Amazing isn't it? Maybe the protesters were interferring with her TV or internet time. Especially if they were loud, she wouldn't be able to hear.

I really have to wonder just what he saw in the bag that he tossed at the tow yard. If I remember correctly, the person who works in the yard told him about the smell, George went over opened the trunk, looked in the bag and then threw it in the dumpster. He "claims" it was pizza and cleaning stuff" BUT maybe he knew just what that cleaning stuff was (chloroform) by the smell inside the bag...so he tossed evidence.

Yes, Cindy sounded really panicked with that phone call, that was real! Then all of the sudden her stories changed, was it because George told her what was in the trunk along with that rotted pizza?

I get really creeped out but everytime they talk about maggots in the bag it makes me wonder if there were some sort of remains (blood etc) in the bag that would have attracted maggots more than stale dried out pizza would.

That was exackly my take on it from the verry beginning. I think the same thing. But I do think that Cindy and George knows who the daddy of Kaylee is and just doesnt want to say. It might be that guy in the milatary but I dont think it was the guy that died in a accident. There is probley even more to the story that we have no ideas of yet. But I do think that is what happened to poor Kaylee. To bad her mom has no remorse over what she did. One day, she will get her pay for that.

God, that poor child!

Lilygater, i have been around a while and have heard MANY of your stories on DIS and the comments you get back from people, that are rude and unjust. You of all people should know not to judge.

Sorry, I have been on in a while, but.... Wow, that was really inappropriate - This thread is to discuss Caylee Anthony, not to say rude things others for no reason. :sad2: Everyone here is entitled to their opinion.

Anyone know if they are going to bring Casey in on the new charges??

...and waste MORE tax dollars :sad2: This is just turning into a circus and it's ridiculous. I think we all pretty much know at this point she won't talk, Caylee won't be found and Casey is enjoying the limelight. I wish that NG would get rid of the story already.

I'm glad NG is keeping on top of it because it is the only place that I would hear about it (other than here). Maybe not her whole show every night but at least of part of her show would be good.

I agree. :guilty:

Whatever happened regarding Cindy's claims that Caylee was going to be home by her 3rd birthday??!! :(

Just saw a commercial for the NG show...a witness(?) was interviewed in California..

I watched the interview with the fiance's dad on NG last night. And what a joke?
I mean, the man was very nice and all. But he seemed very CLUELESS. OF course, Casey never acted like "THAT" towards you and your family. Her OWN family would never have guessed it.

I don't think there was a "clicking" moment or a "breaking" point. I think this is just who Casey is and always was. She was just VERY good at fooling herself and others around her.
