That is just revolting. These people are not helping. They are just turning the loss of Caylee into a circus. It is so sad.

I agree. Basically by NOT telling anything Casey is getting exactly what she wants -- noteriaty & money. If she tells anything specific that all goes away. If she says nothing and they can't find enough evidence then ??

Also, anyone know what the laws are about a fair trial? Especially since at this point it's "guilty until proven innocent". If they can't get a fair trial what happens? I can't imagine anyone locally giving them a fair trial.

Just reported on the local news.

Seems a local senior center usually takes some of the seniors on field trips once or twice a week, you know...parks, the mall, etc...

Well earlier this week the Seniors voted, and this weeks trip was to the Anthony house!

I don't know how to video link but i saw that and all I can say is after the pics of her partying Baez's wife should be popping into those all day sessions in his office. I know I'm terrible for thinking that but Casey is a not a very good person.

Maybe that's what Baez wants. And if she does get charged he'll demand a quick trial. Since there is no where that hasn't already found her guilty he'll get trial without jury.

Very telling. I have no doubt she is guilty of harming her daughter. She showed NO emotion during the interviews...nada. How can someone be so cold?

I'm glad Casey is in Florida. At least there they can charge her with murdering Caylee. If she lived here in Ohio all a mother needs to say is "I forgot" my child in a hot car all day and she wouldn't even be arrested. I want Casey to be arrested and not kept away from other prisoners in jail. I think then she may start telling the truth.

Because like she said, she could've just given custody to her mother and she said her mother is never going to forgive her for this, etc. Of course being a pathelogical liar, it's hard to believe anything that comes out of her mouth, but I don't think it was pre-meditated with chloroform at all.

Right. That's why I think it was either due to negligence or abuse (chloroforming her so she could party).

I think because of her mental disorder, it is easy for her to just "accept it" and move on. Kind of a "what's done, is done" attitude. I agree, it's sickening.

I wholeheartedly agree. I do not feel Caylee's death was accidental. It's easy for Casey to say and I quote, ""If I really wanted to just get rid of her I would've left her with my parents and I would've left," she said. "I would've moved out. I would've given my mom custody." When in reality, the LAST PERSON IN THE WORLD Casey wanted to have custody of Caylee, was her mother, Cindy.

That is what this whole thing was about for Casey - revenge against Casey's mother, jealousy of Caylee because Caylee was closer to Cindy than she was to Casey, and jealousy of Caylee because Caylee was Cindy's little princess, not Casey. And also because Casey wanted to be free. She didn't want to be a mom. She wanted to party.

Move out? That would mean she would have to get a job. That would mean her parents would stop supporting her. Casey did not want her parents to have custody. I believe she'd rather kill, than let that happen. And I believe she did.

And what mother would say get rid of her, especially when cops are asking about her missing child? Casey is not fooling LE, luckily. She is cold, calculating, and without feeling for anyone but herself. Oh, I never thought this was an accident. Sadly, we may never know.

Someone please reasure me that Casey will rot in jail. I am starting to have some doubt. It seems like this case has just stalled. They have stopped searching for Caylee, the family is getting various money offers and Casey is relaxing at home! LE is continuing to release or leak info but have not charged Casey with anything relating to little Caylee. Do you think it is possible that they have nothing in the way of evidence?
