My sister in law and I will be going on a trip to the World next year (Feb 12-20) woo hoo :cool1: I have only been there once (Aug 2009), this will be her first time there. Last time I didn't go to any sit down restaurants. This time we will be staying on site and will be on the DDP. These are the ADRs and plans I have so far. Would you please look at them and give me your opinions or suggestions  I really need the help. Thanks sooo much!!

Arrival 12th DTD T-Rex
Day 1 13th MK Columbia Harbour House Lunch
Liberty Tree Tavern 6:55pm ADR

Day 2 14th AK Tusker 8:15 ADR
Flame Tree BBQ- Lunch

Day 3 15th Epcot Sunshine Seasons Lunch
Le Cellier 7:40pm ADR

Day 4 16th HS/AK Wolfgang DTD- Lunch
50’s Prime Time 5:55pm ADR

Day 5 17th MK Boma @AKL 8:15am ADR
Cosmic Ray’s Ckn

Day 6 18th HS/Epcot Tusker House
Teppan Edo 5:50pm ADR

Day 7 19th Open Kona Café 8:45 am ADR
Tutto Italia 6:25pm ADR

Day 8 20th Departure Day

I think that totals our 8 table service credits and gives us 6 counter service credits used up. I still need to counter service credits to use right? Any suggestions?

Thanks, Jessica :wizard:

Looks pretty delectable to me! You have to go on your own tastes, and as long as you know what's available at each place, you can't go wrong.;) The TS I personally would change would be Liberty Tree(Thanksgiving food). It just depends on your tastes.:goodvibes Maybe Crystal Palace would be good since you'll already be at the MK.

I think all around they sound great!

T-Rex - I've heard the food isn't the greatest here, but the atmosphere seems really cool! Sounds like a good arrival day plan.

Liberty Tree - I've always wanted to try it!

Tusker - GREAT time before park opening! :yay:

Le Cellier - So lucky to get this one! We are trying it for the first time in Dec. :goodvibes

50's - My family really did not care for it, but it's a fun experience.

Boma - Only tried for dinner.

Teppan Edo & Tutto - :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

Looks good to me. :thumbsup2

On your departure day, take your extra 2 CS credits and get some sandwiches, a dessert/cookie and a drink to take with you for the drive/flight home (you'll need to drink your beverage before security if you are flying ;)).

I agree with above poster about LT and choose CP instead. The other thing is you have Tusker House twice it is not located at Epcot. You will love Kona and 50's Prime Time my fav.

Starring Rolls in DHS is really good for Counter Service.
Norway bakery has great food for Counter Service credit as well.
I have heard the Fish and Chips CS stand in England is better than at the restaurant.

I think I would do Crystal Palace on your MK day for breakfast rather than Boma. Getting that early am ADR and being one of the first in the park is an amazing experience. Don't get me wrong though, I love me some Boma!

Looks good to me! Not sure on T-rex (that is one we haven't done) but if you change your mind on that one we love to eat at Raglan Road in Downtown Disney!! :thumbsup2

They generally look good to me. I agree on changing LTT. CP is a great variety with better than average food. Everyone I know that has been there has a great time. Another suggestion would be to take a monorail ride to O'Hana or Kona Cafe for dinner. The Poly is a great resort. If you like meat, O'Hana can't be beat for the 1TS. Kona Cafe has great breakfast, but even greater dinner. The Hawaiian influenced food is great. Well worth the ride, as well as a seperate trip there.

Is T-Rex on the DDP? I didn't think so. Please let me know if I am wrong. I would like to try it on my next trip.

Boma is another great buffet. I would suggest it over Tusker House for dinner. Breakfast is good there as well, but it has a better selection of African dishes at dinner. Another place I sometimes visit twice in once trip.

I second the Starring Rolls suggestion. The deli sandwiches are awesome there, as well as the great dessert choices.

Another counter service I would suggest would be Cooke's of Dublin. Good fish, fried shrimp and scallops and Doh Bars (fried candy bars.) Earl of Sandwich is another good DTD fast food place.

If you don't mind a 10% tip, Pepper Market at the Coronado Springs resort is worth by car. You can get a decent steak, burger, burrito or pasta (even with shrimp) for 1CS credit.

Happy Eating

Thank you so much everyone for the help! I am so excited and just want to make it a wonderful girls only trip for us. I changed the Liberty Square dinner to the Crystal Palace dinner :thumbsup2.

I am not sure if I should change the 50's Prime Time ADR to an Ohana ADR? Not sure which one would be best.

I am thinking that I might not go to the T-Rex and use a counter service credit on arrival day.

You are all so awesome! :cool1:

Yes!!! I would definitely change the 50's ADR to 'Ohana if you can! :goodvibes

In my opinion, 50's food was . The atmosphere was nice but, we will not return.

'Ohana is truly fantastic! Easily one of my favorite meals on property. The food and atmosphere are both teriffic! :thumbsup2

Bellefromboston,

Thank you so much for the recommendation. I made the change :cool1: Woo Hoo can't wait for this trip. Now on to the rest of the planning :banana:

I'm so glad I could help! You will LOVE  'Ohana! The food is great and the atmosphere is so magical! You can even see the castle through the window. It is such a special disney experience! :goodvibes

Have a fantastic vacation! :thumbsup2

Just a suggestion because the end of your trip coincides with the beginning of many new england schools winter breaks and it may be busier than you expect. Be very flexible with your counter services restaurants at lunch time.

I didn't catch it in this post but at which on-site resort are you staying? Many resorts have excellent TS/CS restaurants on site. As a PP said, you can use your remaining CS credits at your resort to take something with you on your return trip or during your stay to have a late night snack readily available in your room. Hope you have a great time!
