We are back from MD Anderson in Houston, TX for Trace's checkup and scans. He is now 7 months out from surgery and remains cancer free!!!

Thanks!! We are so glad his cancer is staying away!!

Now...we have received some great BIG GIVES!! Trace has been completely outfitted for our trip...which we leave in 5 days!!!!

1--Some awesome tie-dye shirts for the kids (only have pic of Trace in his; Katie is at school and Kelsi is never home ) These shirts are sooooo great!! Thanks so much Ann (fruto76)

2--How wonderful is this Jedi Mickey shirt!!! Trace loves it!! Thanks so much to the Groenweld family.

3--A Lego set, Uno card game, sunglasses, glow necklaces, small cooler bag and keychain from Kris (mom2mitokids). The Lego set was promptly put together within 20minutes of arrival at our house!! The Uno game will come in handy on our drive over! Thanks so much.

4--An awesome Harry Potter shirt!! He LOVES it and can't wait to wear it at the park. Thanks so much Shannan (wyomingmomof6)

5--A set of awesome wish shirts for the entire family. Thanks so much Chiara (cogero). We LOVE them!!

and--a cute Indiana Jones shirt--Trace loves loves loves Indy!! Got to meet him last time we were there. He wants to be part of the show this time. The girls got some awesome shirts too--a cute daisy mickey head and goofy mickey head--so cute!!! They love them.

6--Who doesn't love a pirate??? Our kids love pirates. We were able to go to the now cancelled Pirate & Princess Parties one year. We had soooo much fun that year...very low crowd and we just rode the rides over and over and over. The kids all got to meet Jack Sparrow and it was just an awesome family night!!

I will have to get the girls pics with their shirts on at WDW cause they are just as wonderful. Thanks so much effervescent!! They love them.


Thanks for everything!! Trace is so excited and we are so ready for this family time to just forget about all this cancer stuff for a little while. Thanks so much for including Trace in the BIG GIVE and we look forward to BIG GIVING in the future.

Trace's Make A Wish party is tomorrow night!!! They rented out the arcade at a local casino for him to play all the games he wants and they are sending a limo to get him. Can't wait to see his face when that limo pulls up!!!!

I'm so glad you got the shirt. Sorry, I forgot to have my DH put my dis name in the package. I'm glad he likes it. It was one of my first big gives so it was fun to do and I only have girls so making a boyish design made it even more fun!!!

Hi from Orlando!!

We left yesterday morning and drove to Pensacola from Louisiana. This morning we watched the Blue Angels practice session at Pensacola Naval Air Station. Very cool!! Trace loved it. We made it to Orlando around 8pm and we will go check in to GKTW tomorrow morning for orientation, then head over to Sea World for the day.
