Hi, I have my voucher number for the AP, but I can´t enter to the passholder page. It tells me unable to enterand to check my numbers......
What am I doing wrong?

hello, this is sid from the DRC. are you properly imputing the numbers into the blanks as shown on the voucher? without really knowing what you're doing, i can't really help you too much from here.

Well I think I´m doing it right, 3 letters in the 1st box, there is a 3 digit number in the 2nd. box, then the dates in the other 3 boxes (2 digits-2 digits-2 digits) then in the last box there is 2 digit number?

Is that right?

your passholder voucher should look something like this:

XXX-XXX-XX-XX-XX-X...XXXXX
1 2 3 4 5 6

1- three letters
2- three numbers
3- two digit month
4- two digit day
5- two digit year
6- ranging from one to five numbers

Don't know if this will help or not, but my voucher has 4 #s at the end...with a space between. I only enter the first 2#s into the website box, and it works.

I will add that my computer changes the date --it will say 2005, instead of 05. I need to change it back every time.

Had the same problem when trying to logg on for MIL. For first box it is probably WDW, second should be the 3 numbers next to WDW on card, third fourth and fifth should be the date and the last is the tricky one for us it was only 3 digits and they are the ones after the 2 letters on the top left of your exchange certificate example NB009 you would put in 009. Hope this helps
