I can not get my 90+10 to open up and I'm freaking out!!!! I don't know what I'm doing wrong!
 
I'm with you. I keep rechecking my confirmation # and I definitely have it right. I have it memorized by now because I've checked it and tried it so much! I really wish I could do this online!:confused3
 
When I logged in this morning, all I did was retrieve my vacation information and it automically brought up the +10!!

Hope you get it figured it!!
 
I wish it were that easy.......I keep getting the stupid error message I've heard so much about here on the boards!
 

Me too. The small print says to put in the phone number you gave when you made your reservation but there's no space for it. So confused! I thought I was all ready for this. I had tried my confirmation # several days ago and just thought it would work when my 90-day window opened.
 
Oh, I hope you get it figured out!!

Are you on the page where it requests your conf number and last name etc? The conf number is case sensitive (I thought so anyway).

Keep trying!! Good Luck!!
 
Yes, I'm on that page. I've been capitalizing it like it says. Of course, it doesn't help that Bay Lake Tower isn't in the drop down for the resorts. I have been picking Contemporary assuming that will work. I just get an error that my reservation cannot be retrieved.
