PLease Help With What Time To Call

Time has never been my best subject. I can tell time, but the whole time zone thing blows me away.
I need to call tomorrow morning to make PS. I live in the Dallas area. What is the time difference between Dallas, Texas and Florida???
I know that the lines open at 7:00. What is 7:00 Florida time compared to my time????????Is it a hour ahead or a hour behind???????????
