If you read the reviews on travel websites, they are really bad for the Inn. There are stories that are enough to give you nightmares. That's where they put people who are booked on their timeshare tours so the resort itself looks fantastic by comparison (which it is, by the way). You have to pay to use any of the resort facilities, although if you buy into the timeshare, then they will move you over to the resort and you get to use the facilites free. I wouldn't stay there.
