Please help with MGM dinner reserv. problem

Every time I call for 10/3 mama melrose, I get a different answer. Some CMs know that times open up later. Some say, they do not, even when I insist that they do. Some say they only open up for the fantasmic dinner packages. This is really frustrating! there is no dinner time available!

I had called twice previously that week trying to get CRT, without success. However the same ressie for CRT that was unavailable the day before, I got the next day around 10:00am.

That's becuase someone cancelled, not because the cast member didn't know what they were doing. With all of the posts on here about people asking for critiques of their itinieraries, it doesn't surprise me. Plus all of the other wdw visitors who don't even post on this board. It's difficult to plan what you're gonna eat 90 days out, so there are probably LOTS of changes made during that time.
