I am at a loss...take our double jogger, double regular or rent at the parks. I am really dreading taking/getting a stroller on the tram and monorail. I am traveling with 5 young children which includes 1 1/2 year old twins. What are the park strollers like? Are they comfy enough for the little ones to nap? Are they easy to stroll? Are they worth the $ to rent?

Some people love the Disney strollers. My family doesn't like them! They are easy to push, but are bulky and hard for little heads to rest in. If you rent one, bring a pillow or blanket to line it with.

You should check out Orlando Stroller Rentals. We did this last time and got a brand new double stroller for just over a week for $80.00. Much less than renting in the park. They had it waiting for us at Bell Services when we arrived and we returned it there on our last day. I can't say enough about how great it was!
This way you have access to the stroller 24 hrs. a day. Priceless when you have a 10 min walk from your bus to your resort room after a long day.

you are better off having a stroller all the time rather than just in the parks. my daughter was 2 and the time we needed it most was the walk from bus back to our hotel room as this is when the kids really get worn out as the bus ride winds them down or sends them to sleep. I'm guessing you don't want to carry twins from the bus to the room

I'm struggling with the decision also. I have a 12 month old and we will be staying on site. I'm just worried about having to carry a stroller onto the already crowded buses.

I would take a stroller or rent from OSR the Baby Jogger City Mini. 18 month old babies will never be able to really nap in the WDW rental strollers I don't even think they look ok for a baby to sit in they are so hard. I'd compare it to nappingin a shopping cart. I would also think you'd want it for crowd control waiting for buses, etc. our youngest is 19 months and while his brother never wandered any farther than my shadow DS#2 does. Often, especially in crowds, there's always something more intersting to check out! I'd stick to something that will fold well not a Graco double or similar if you're concerned about lugging it.

We just got back from a week at Disney with our boys. We decided to rent from Orlando Stroller Rentals. As others have said we were so glad to have it when we got off the bus at night with two tired/sleeping boys. They folded easy, and the boys loved resting/sleeping in them. I highly recommend their strollers and Shannon was a doll to work with.
