Please help with a RCI Exchange

I need everyone's advice on an RCI exchange for August.
My choices are:
Silver Lake, Summer Bay, Vacation Villages at Parkway and Wyndham Cypress Palms.
Any comments positive and negative would be great.
I would love to go into Sheraton Vistana Resort or Orange Lake CC but cannot due to the 1 in 4 rule. Does RCI every waive this rule?

For the 1 in 4 rule, just ask and they will most likely wave it for you. We've done that before twice and both times they waived it.

We used to own at Summer Bay and while it's definitely a beautifully maintained resort, they did suffer a sink hole incident approx. last year. Dh and I were shocked to hear of this on our local news since it happened around 6-8 months after we sold it.
We still belong to RCI and we could probably stay there as an extra vacation but I wouldn't simply for the sink hole risk. I know it's a common thing in FL but that scares the crap out of me so much that no amount of engineering explanation could put me at ease.
