Please Help us Decide

We are trying to decide between Crystal Palace and Liberty Tree Tavern for supper before Wishes. We're not sure which one will give us easier access to view Wishes. We don't want to watch and eat, just be able to get a decent viewing place once we're done eating. Also, what time should we make our reservation for?

On our last trip, we ate at Crystal Palace in the evening. We walked right out after our meal and watched Wishes. Liberty Tree Tavern would also be a good choice because of location. I prefer to view Wishes standing on the right side (closer to Tomorrow Land) facing the castle because you can see Tink fly across.

I would choose Crystal Palace because I think Wishes is best if viewed from in front of the castle -- especially if you want to see Tinkerbell's flight. It really depends on the time of year you are going as to what time you would want to make your dinner plans....We visit WDW in June and we typically stake out our spot for Spectromagic and Wishes about 2 hours before.

My vote is for Crystal Palace. And I agree that the best spot is just to the right of the castle so you can see Tinkerbell fly. We made our ressies for 5:50 PM, which will put us out for Spectromagic and Wishes about 7:30 for the 9:00 events.

Ive never eaten at LTT but I will say we ate at CP last week and were very disappointed. The food was just OK (and we're not picky), the kids buffet stayed empty almost the entire time, we hardly saw our waitress, and we only saw two of the characters. My husband and I both agreed this will not be on our list of restaurants next trip.
