Please Help Short Ressie Advice

Hey all,
If you have time I would love help and advice. We are arriving Sat and have our DVC tour schedule Monday. Mother and father -in law are meeting us there and they are scheduled to stay in All stars music. We have a room at CR. This morning my MIL broke her pubis bone; she can move and will still go to Disney. I am currently on with CRO to reserve a 2 bedrrom villa cash with AP rates but no dingin plan. We are wondering if we can move into a place together with 2 bedrooms.
Question 1: If I call my guide tomorrow and have him fax me paperwork, could we close this week over the fax machine?
Question 2: Is there anyway I can check if there are any 2 bedroom villas available on pts right now?
Question 3: Can I have him put a hold on a room and then make the reservations as soon as I close?
Question 4: IF IF IF this all worked out, we should be able to use the dining plan (paid for of course), right?

Get on that phone early and you may just be able to pull it off with some overnighting of paperwork. I just don't know what the cancellation policy will be for your other rooms. You just need to have the dining plan on the reservation before you get to the check in desk. Good luck.
