Anyway we have narrowed it down to 3 villas off villarenters.com and one hotel.

The hotel is Blue Heron Beach Resort which looks very nice and close to disney i know it has many reviews but regarding the villas i am confused the villas are:

Vista Del Lago - Villa Lee price £765.00

Regal Palms 4 bedroom TownhomeProperty ref: 15667 price £915.00

3 Bedroomed Townhome in Kissamee Property ref: 60016 price £815.00

I really dont know what to do and DH is bugging me to just book something and really i am getting mad with myself, what would you do am off to do a dvd workout now to releave a bit of stress will be back in 30mins to hopefully read a couple of replies many thanks

Personally although Highlands Reserve/Regal Palms is a nice resort (we stayed at the HR side last year) I found it too far to travel back and forth to Disney.

We found that if you had a break in the afternoon and went back to the villa, you rarely bother going back out for fireworks etc.

Whereas Windsor Palms (this May) and Rolling Hills (this August) are close enough that multiple visits a day with rest in between are perfectly doable. In May we went out for the evening much more.

As the only driver I was getting verrrry tired doing the trips to Highlands Reserve/Regal Palms.

Hope that helps a little.

Check VRBO as well, some owners might have last minute offers now. I highly recommend Windsor Palms personally

We stayed at Windsor Palms last year, was great close to Disney and shops etc. We have stayed further out in the past and I agree is cheaper but the journey is off putting esp. with young kids.

We wanted the blue heron this year but couldn't get the date swe needed.

Where ever you end up hope you have a great time xx

We are staying at the blue heron in October and have heard great things about it. Good luck booking.
