Please Help - Questions/Opinions on Crazy Reservation

Thanks for reading this thread and thanks for helping out if you can.

Okay, this has got to be the most crazy reservation switch up I've ever made. Typically, I just know the week and don't make any changes. This board has given me confidence to shake it up a bit.

The story: I have an October booking with the first three nights at OKW and the remaining nights at BCV. The rooms go like this...first night "Studio near hospitality", second/thrid night "1bedroom" all at OKW. The remaining nights are in a studio at BCV.

While I'm thrilled to stay at BCV and OKW, I'd really like to have my entire stay at BCV, but there are no rooms left in the inn.

If you have stayed at OKW, how is it? What is a studio by the hospitality area? Do you have photos?

I know the BCV pretty good now from the boards, so I don't have any questions about it, right now.

OKW is fantastic. It is our favorite of all of the DVC resorts. The studios by the Hospitality House are no different than any other at OKW. The only difference is their location. They are in the buildings closest to the main check-in/restaurant/store/pool complex. Check out www.allearsnet.com for photos of the studio (look under Accommodations).

Just beware: once you stay in a 1 bedroom, you won't want to go back to a studio!

A studio in the Hospitality Area eans you should be in buildings 11 to 14 or 23 to 26. Pretty mmuch a studio is a studio at OKW. They are all located on the end of the buildings, exept for the "U" shaped buildings, where there will also be some studios in the middle area.

All studios have two real queen beds, and a nice sized bathroom. Handi-Accessible units will have a roll-in shower, and the beds are lower to the floor to make a transfer from wheelchair to the bed.

Ilove OKW, it is a relaxed, condo style resort as compared to the more "hotel" style of other DVC resorts. No room service meals, except pizza delivery from POR, and no valet parking.
