I would get 2 rooms at POFQ. Make sure to get the door that connects the 2 rooms from the inside. Not just next to each other.
The reasons are.
1) This is a smaller resort, easy to get to and from buses, pool and Food Court, and main lobby with the store.
2) We have stayed here many times, and buses are normally just for this resort but if you do have to share with POR, they pick up at POFQ 1st and drop off there 1st. There is also a boat to Downtown Disney which is a very nice ride.
3) The space would be so much more than trying to all get into a suite. Plus 2bathrooms, with counter space, and best of all 4 beds, not a pull out or a pull down bed.
4) 2 TV's which is nice so the 11 yr old can watch something while the little ones can watch something.
5) You can use the Pool and Food Court at POR - which is about a 5 min walk. Ole Man Island is really fun, and there Food court has some different offerings which is nice. You can check the menu's, here and over on allears.
6) During nap time or evening when the little ones are sleeping, you can still watch TV, and use the other door to go out if needed without waking them up. So if your with the baby's your DH can take the other kids to the pool and such. And come back with out disturbing anyone.
7) If one of the baby's wakes up in the middle of the night you can move around so not to wake everyone up. ( As a suggestion bring a couple of plug in night lights so that you won't have to turn on a main light to see.)
8) Looking at the amount of time you will be there, space is going to be important so that your not on top of each other all the time. You will need space to store the strollers, suitcase, and all the baby items. With 2 tables you can use one as a staging area.
9) The last suggestion you might want to use a grocery delivery service, this way you will not have to drag as much with you. Garden grocer is really good. You can order diapers, wipes, formula, snacks and bottled water, and it will be at the resort when you arrive or shortly there after.
