Please Help!!! November Reservation #'s Needed! :)

Our wedding is November 13th and we desperately need to fill our room block! If anyone is going around then I would be SO incredibly grateful if you shared your ressie # with us. Its looking like people arent coming or are staying at all of the hotels that won't count! Any help or ideas on how to bump up our numbers is so appreciated! Thanks, y'all!!

Can't you reduce your room block to lower the number of rooms you have to guarantee? Check your LOA/contract. It should be mentioned under section '2. Reserved Rooms'...ours was letter 'f' on page 3. We could edit our room block up to 90 days before the wedding (which we had to do). Since the wedding isn't until Nov 13, you should still have some time...probably early-mid August.

If you can't change it, we may be going the week before your wedding (maybe leaving Nov 13), but we won't know until Aug. If you still need res #s at that point I'll try to help!

You should definitely be able to change your numbers. We lowered our room count to 15 nights just in case (our guest count was originally 161 so a large wedding) and they had no problem with it. They just said that if we didn't hit 25 room nights I wouldn't get my free night. We ended up with 29 room nights.

So I checked with my wedding planner and we can not change the block...which really stinks! Although thanks to a few fellow DisBrides we are a little closer, thanks girls!!
