Please Help! Newbie! 15% question

Hey guys! I just bought in at SSR and when I initiated my purchase I informed them that my cousins bought in as well about a month before me. Was I supposed to get 15% off the purchase price? or is that for add ons only?? thanks a bunch!

If you gave them a current members name you should get the dicount.

I did! but didnt get a discount! What should I do? would they even be able to apply the discount now? after the signing? I sure hope so! Thanks for your help lovin!

The 15% is for both new and add-on's -I guess it would depend when you bought. I'm not sure how long this deal has been running. Also, you would have had to mention your cousins name as a referral -I believe they generally ask if you know any DVC members right off the bat. I had an issue where I had asked for info on DVC over 5 years ago(through the internet), on the form it asked if I knew a member so I gave them a name of a person I work with(figuring he'll get something out of the deal?). I went on the tour 2 weeks ago while we were on vacation and mentioned that my best friend had referred me -they told me he couldn't get credit($200) because they had me linked to the person I work with. Bummer .

Yeah I definatly gave them my cousins info ( more then once ) we just got our approval 2 weeks ago. I hope they will honor this as I did give the info even before I knew there were any discounts for referrals. My contact Mark Webb is on vacation right now. I left him a message and an email and I will call the general DVC line at 9am. Thanks for all the input guys!
