Please help-new AP holder

We just received our "vouchers" for our new annual passes.

I've since discovered that I can't sign onto the Disney Passholder site
with just these vouchers.

Any suggestions?

You need to have an activated pass to access the website. There's really nothing in the site that is not listed elsewhere. You can get the list of AP discounts from allearsnet.com.

And with the activated AP I can't always access the site anyway. Very frustrating. Currently can't get on and the last time I did, it said my AP would expire in Feb. when in actuality it's good until October.

It did list AP discounts before I saw it anywhere else for fall discounts.

When I got our AP's we had to wait till we activated our passes at WDW. There are codes on the pass that you will get and that gets you into site. You can get the same info on mousesavers.com for AP discounts.
