Please help! Never received my Supercertificate from Milesource!

I (finally) cashed in my milesource points the middle of October for a $25.00 SuperCertificate. About 1 1/2 weeks ago, I still had received nothing, so emailed milesource. They replyed saying that they were sorry, but had sent the info to be processed to GiftCertificates.com, and that I had to contact them. So I emailed GiftCertificates, and got no response. I finally called GiftCertificates today, and the guy was nice enough, but said that since I had no order number, he could do nothing. He even looked my name up in their computer to see if anything was in there. There wasn't. Has anyone else had problems with milesource not coming through with your awards? What should I do from here? Thanks for any help!
 
I ordered a Gift certificate in mid-October too and just received it today. They must be behind a bit. I sent many emails and called but Milesource has terrible customer service. Just hang in there!

I redeemed for $25 SC on 11/8 and got it yesterday.
 
I'm so frustrated!!! I emailed Milesource again, and got about the same answer, again. That they sent the order to be processed at GiftCertificates, and that I have to contact them. GiftCertificates never responded to my 1st email, and when I called them, they have no record of my order anywhere. I guess I'm lost in the system, was hoping to have it to use by Christmas, but at this point, am starting to think I will never get my GiftCertificate.:(

Does Milesource have a phone # to call? Although lampy, you said they do have terrible customer service. I wonder if it's even worth the frustration of trying at this point?
 

I quit doing Milesource a year ago because they never sent my award. They don't even respond to my emails. I have read many complaints about Milesource, so I don't waste my time on them anymore.
 
We just went through this with Milesource and Giftcertificates.com too. All four of us do Milesource and cashed out within 2 weeks of each other. Two Supercertificates arrived but two did not. I had the confirmation from Milesource that these had been successfully redeemed, so I called Giftcertificates.com. and they resent the two Supercerts. My dh and dd still did not receive them so I emailed and called again. It took until this past weekend, but I finally got it straightened out. In fact, they sent those two Supercertificates to my email address since they knew it was receiving them... it took a customer service rep and his supervisor to do it though! The original Supcertificates were emailed on 10/30 and resent on 11/12. I finally received them on 11/24.

Keep calling! The phone number for GC.com is 1-800-773-7368.
 
I'm still waiting for 1 my hubby ordered Oct 2nd. It's been very frustrating. Written once and recieved a letter 2 weeks ago saying they will process manually and so far nothing. Still waiting. I have never had a problem before this. In fact they were very good.

I don't know if all the emails did any good or not, but it finally came yesterday. I'm so happy! Good luck to the rest of you - keep calling & emailing!
