I (finally) cashed in my milesource points the middle of October for a $25.00 SuperCertificate. About 1 1/2 weeks ago, I still had received nothing, so emailed milesource. They replyed saying that they were sorry, but had sent the info to be processed to GiftCertificates.com, and that I had to contact them. So I emailed GiftCertificates, and got no response. I finally called GiftCertificates today, and the guy was nice enough, but said that since I had no order number, he could do nothing. He even looked my name up in their computer to see if anything was in there. There wasn't. Has anyone else had problems with milesource not coming through with your awards? What should I do from here? Thanks for any help!
