Cape May at Beach Club. I think we met Minnie, Goofy and Chip & Dale there. They're in beach attire and super friendly. It's a laid back character experience - no fighting for food or for character time. The food is fresh and plentiful. The Beach Club is lovely, and from there, it's just a short walk to the World Showcase. The only downside is that you've then got to walk through WS to get to Future World (assuming you're aiming for early morning).
If you don't have a car to get to the BC, taxis are inexpensive and convenient.
Your other alternative is Akershus in the World Showcase. I believe it's served family style and you'd be able to meet princesses. I would guess it's more expensive and harder to reserve than Cape May. Then, you still have the WS to Future World problem.
We usually have breakfast at Sunshine Seasons in the Land Pavilion once a trip. It is never very good. It is, however, very convenient when you've high-tailed it to Soarin at rope drop. By then, we're pretty hungry so it hits the spot. Here's the whole breakfast menu:
Adult Breakfast platter - Bacon, Eggs, sausage, and a biscuit $6.29
Oatmeal - add raisins or brown sugar no extra charge $2.79
Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Croissant $5.99
Kids' French toast - with sausage $4.39
Not much to it and again, it's just ok, but it's definitely easy to fit into a touring plan.
One other thought is Kouzzina on the Boardwalk. It tends to get GREAT reviews for breakfast, and it's just a short walk from WS as well.
