Please Help!Member Service Messed Up My Reservation

I am a long time lurker, first time poster. Please help! I called member service to have one day added to our upcoming June vacation, and somehow they messed up our upcoming Christmas vacation.

We have BWV Studio booked December 20-22 and AKL Studio booked Dec. 22-26. I just logged onto our account and it says BWV December 20-24 (61 points for a studio which is not correct) and AKL December 24-26. We also have different confirmation numbers than our original confirmation numbers. I don't understand how this happened, our December trip should not have been touched at all.

I have had this trip planned since June and now I am worried everything is messed up. Please advise! Thanks!

Thanks for the quick response. I plan on calling in the morning, hopefully it's a computer glitch.

I had that feeling early on with DVC! They had changed stuff around with split stays, putting them all under one reservation number or something like that. I had gotten used to the change then one night (it's always night, isn't it? when you can't do a lousy thing about it?) my reservation number was just GONE. By the next day I saw that they had split it all out again, and all was well, but that night's sleep was just messed up.
 
We were not a waitlist. I'm on the phone with member service right now trying to get it resolved.
 
I spoke to a very nice lady at Member Service to try and resolve this issue. Currently, we are at BWV for 4 days and AKL for 2 nights. Our original reservation was 2 days at BWV and 4 days at AKL. We have been moved to the top of the waitlist to try to get our original reservation back. If it comes through great, if not we're fine with the new reservation.

In early June, we created a waitlist for AKL which came through a few days later and our December reservations were finalized. The CM explained that a second waitlist was still active and should have been cancelled when the AKL waitlist came through. Lesson learned.

Anyway, we are excited to spend Christmas at Disney as a family! Thanks for everyone's help and advice. I know I'll sleep better tonight, than I did last night. LOL
