It’s quite old possibly late 90s early 2000s. Its a cartoon and it has all the Disney characters sat in like a theatre for an award ceremony. Mickey is the host. Some of the villains try to do something bad. Someone throws Mickey the genies lamp and he uses it to suck them up or something. Thanks
