Please help me with this lunch ADR (time) - thanks!

So...our flight arrives at 9:15am. We are taking DME to BLT. I expect to arrive at BLT by 11am the latest. (Last time we took this flight and stayed at AKV we got there like 10:15am!) LOL...
So, I have Via Napoli picked out for lunch our first day. We usually eat a breakfast sandwich at the airport before we board, but that's like 6:00am or something. By the time we get to BLT, I think we're going to be starving (last trip we also had an ADR at Via Napoli for like 11:30, but there were problems at check in and we ended up getting so hungry waiting for it to be sorted out, we just ate at Sanaa).
What time do you think we could get to Via Napoli for lunch our first day? What time should I make the ADR for do you think? If our room is ready, we might go upstairs just to drop off our carry-ons, otherwise, we'll just leave them with the bell desk I guess(?) and bring whatever we need into the park as we won't be back to BLT until after EPCOT park close that night.

Originally I had the lunch ADR down for 1:00, but I know we'll be able to get to the restaurant before then, so I switched it to 12:30, then 12:00. I think 11:30 might be pushing it.

Oh! And the arrival date is Saturday Nov. 30th after Thanksgiving if that makes any difference....

I don't know that I'd make it before 12:30. You may have delays with flight, check in, transportation to Epcot, etc. If you do have smooth sailing and you arrive early, you can always walk up and inquire about being seated sooner if they have openings. If you have to wait and you're starving you could always pick up a little snack to tide you over.

Thank you! I am also now thinking 12:30 and like you said, if we get there earlier, we can always ask at the podium, I do find that they usually just seat you anyway when a table becomes available.
I also had thought we could grab something small at Contempo Cafe maybe if we really were badly starving!
