Please help me settle this argument......

I believe so. I think there are supposed to be 7 lands in the MK.

1) Main Street
2) Adventureland
3) Frontierland
4) Liberty Square
5) Fantasyland
6) Mickey's Toontown
7) Tomorrowland

If there really are 7 lands then Main Street has to be included.

I never considered Main Street to be a "land."

Chil Sung, I hope you won the argument!

Thanks!! :)

No, not a real argument....We do Friday Disney Trivia every Friday via email, and one of the questions was, "How many official lands in the MK border some body of water?" If MSUSA is an official land, then the answer should be 7.

The answer is certainly no more than 6 (and could be 5, depending on how the borders are precisely drawn). Mickey's Toontown Fair definitely does not border water. (If you look at the maps, the water that is close to Toontown is entirely contained in Fantasyland (all of the shores were part of the old submarine ride which was in Fantasyland).

That was MY argument...But looking at the map of WDW

http://www.*************.com/Magic Kingdom Map.htm

If you look at the back of the tent which is IN MTTF, you'll see a tree line!! If you're in the lagoon, and swim to shore right behind the tent, you will not be in FL, but MTTF! So it was argued that it does indeed touch water!! The water may not be part of MTTF, but the tree line adjacent to MTTF is MTTF.....Just the back of it which is not public accessible!! *shrug*

You realize that's not an accurate representation, right? Most of those trees aren't there; it's all pavement and trailers/tents back there. I worked in MTTF and had to walk back in that area every day, and I would say that it doesn't border water. There's a big water tank back there, not a tree-lined lagoon. MTTF access is even a pretty good walk from the water tank; most people took the bus rather than walking it. If there is no place in MTTF onstage where you can see the water (and there isn't), I would vote for it NOT being one that borders water. Then again, you could probably find a ditch or puddle somewhere along the railroad tracks that go around MTTF. I think it's a bad trivia question, open too much to interpretation.
