Dear Mr. Cole,

Thank you for contacting Universal Orlando(r) to express your concerns
regarding our Halloween Horror Nights(r) VIP Tour programs.

We feel it is important to take a bold approach to providing our guests
with innovative entertainment. Sometimes, that approach means change.
After carefully studying the feedback we received from our guests, we
have decided to not offer the "Unmasking the Horror Tour" as part of
this year's Halloween Horror Nights(r) event. We apologize for any
disappointment this may cause. Universal Orlando(r) appreciates the
many fans of this unique tour, and we have not made the decision to end
the tour program lightly.

With each new Halloween Horror Nights(r) event, we strive to offer
distinctive and exciting experiences that are as diverse as our many
guests. We are actively working on finalizing all of the creative
design elements and details for the 2008 event, and we look forward to
sharing them with you in the near future. For the most updated
information, please check our website at www.halloweenhorrornights.com.

Once again, thank you for contacting us. Your comments are important to
the success of our resort. We look forward to entertaining you at
Universal Orlando(r) in the future.

Best Regards,
Jackie
Coordinator, Guest Services
Universal Orlando(

At least it's something I guess...doesn't sound like they are going to change their minds about the tour...no matter what we try. :confused3

That just plain old SUCKS! Sorry to be so blunt and angry, but that's how I feel about it. The tour last year was amazing!

i'm not counting the day tour out yet.

i went to the first one and that was by accident.
it went up and info was passed around while i was at the parks.
i was able to hook up with it on that monday.

i do it every year.
it is the one time i can take lots of pictures of inside the houses and museums

i can see the details put into each house and area.
i live for that.

you do miss a lot of details and final touches when you go through the houses at night. there are so many things you miss unless you do many repeats on the houses.

i'll have to share my pics from last years tour.

i also received lots of great 411 when i do the day tour.
the pictures that changed in the mary shaw house was talked about on the day tour.

i got pics of both angles on them.....

don't give up the ship yet.
anything is still possible.

think positive

:thumbsup2 Great pics.Hate to think it's not going to be there this year. It's a great tour.
